1. The promotion is open to all PNB Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Cardholders.

5. All matters and disputes that will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.

2. The visa applications are accepted by our Visa Counter during its operating schedule only:10am ~ 12nn and 1pm ~ 4pm on weekdays; closed on weekends and holidays.
3. Cardholders are entitled to avail of an exclusive discount on the following visa services when they book using their PNB Cards during the promo period & submit the documents during the promo period only. Advance payment of discounted visa services is not accepted.
4. The following pre-visa application reminders must be adhered to by the cardholder:
   1. The cardholder ensures that the complete documents for the visa application are ready before they visit the JTB Philippines Office to submit their applications. JTB will screen and review if the documents are suitable for filing. Any missing document/s or documents that do not comply with the requirements set by the embassy or as deemed necessary for your type of visa application will not be accepted by JTB.
   2. The embassy reminds all applicants to not confirm any flight and tour arrangements before visa application unless otherwise required or specified. Confirmed travel and tour arrangements do not guarantee approval of the visa application. JTB Asia Pacific Phil. Corp. has the right not to accept your application if you have confirmed travel and tour arrangements. At the same time, clients may pursue visa applications at their own risk provided that they agree with the WAIVER OF LIABILITY.
   3. The visa application must disclose upcoming travel and tour arrangements before the visa application. Please be advised that you are not allowed to pull out your visa application once it is submitted to the embassy. This may be grounds for denial of a visa. Also, the visa fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
5. The processing time of the visa application varies. The assigned visa officer shall provide the applicant with the timeline of the visa processing. The number of processing days may be prolonged without prior notice depending on the directive of the concerned embassy and the volume of applications JTB Philippines receives. The cardholder must check with JTB Philippines if they wish to submit their application and know the lead time before visiting and submitting their application.
6. Visa processing is on a "first-come, first-serve basis." Slot reservations or waitlisting will not be entertained. Visa applications are processed regardless of your travel period.
7. Submission of requirements does not guarantee the issuance of a visa. The Embassy has the sole right and absolute discretion for the approval and denial of the visa application.
8. The reason for the denial of a visa will not be disclosed even if an inquiry is made. At the same time, if a visa application is denied, there is no appeal, and the applicant may only re-apply for the same purpose after six (6) months or more – depending on the visa service acquired. JTB Philippines shall not be responsible if any visa applications are refused or denied.
9. JTB Philippines shall not be responsible if any visa application is refused or rejected.
10.  All of the documents (original and photocopy) received by JTB Philippines will be forwarded to the concerned embassy and will no longer return to the applicant.
11. A Letter of Explanation written by the applicant should be submitted for documents that cannot be provided.
12. The concerned embassy may still require supplementary documents.
13. All signed documents are considered correct and in proper order.
14. Waiver of Liability Clause: Upon use of the visa services and submission of documents, the applicant releases and forever discharges JTB Philippines from any and all liability, manner of action, cause of action, a sum of money, damages, claims, and demands whatsoever in law or in equity which the applicant or their heirs, successors, and assigns had, now have, or shall have against the company on their visa application, including the submission and retrieval of my passport and related documents. By signing the transmittal and waiver of liability form, the applicant agrees to hold the company entirely free and harmless from any liability, including the denial and release of my visa. JTB Philippines is not answerable for the risks involved in applying for the visa beyond the required number of days of processing from the date of submission. These include not guaranteeing the issuance and approval of visa applications which is the sole prerogative of the concerned embassy.

1. Cardholders are entitled to avail of an exclusive USD 100 OFF on the following JTB Group Tour Packages when they book using their PNB Cards during the promo period. The discount value shall be applied on the final payment made by the cardholder.
2. The group tour packages must be booked by a minimum of one (1)person based on twin or double sharing. Single supplement charges will apply.
3. The minimum number of tour participants is required in order to run the tour departures of the Group Tour Packages enumerated above. Surcharges will apply if participants are less than the minimum tour requirement.
4. The group tour packages are based on twin sharing. Other room categories are subject to availability.
5. The group tour rates are valid for Philippine Passport holders. Eligible foreign passport holders may be subject to surcharges.
6. Child rates are available upon request.
7. The itinerary and activities on this group tour package are subject to change due to local weather conditions.
8. A signed travel service agreement form must be completed upon deposit fee payment.
9. Upgrade to business class seats is limited and are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additional fees on top of the total tour fee shall be settled upon confirmation of the seat reservation.
10. The following payment schedule shall apply to this package:
    
    1.  Initial Deposit: Payment of a Deposit Fee is required to make a slot reservation. The discount value of USD 100 shall be deducted upon payment of the Deposit Fee. Any payment made in Philippine Peso (PHP) shall follow the prevailing Airline Forex Rate (ACR) on the date the payment is to be made.
    2. Full Payment: Settle the remaining tour fee no later than sixty (60) days before the travel period or upon visa approval.
11. Complimentary travel services are non-deductible and non-refundable from the total tour fare.
12. Visa Application: For tour participants who are required to apply for a tourist visa, please submit your visa application documents on the prescribed visa submission schedule of the tour package that you will join. JTB Philippines shall provide you with full information regarding the visa services.
    
    1. For single-entry visa holders: if the visa is used before the tour departure, the passenger must make a visa application anew to join this tour departure. In the event of an inability to obtain the visa for the said tour departure, any payments made will be refunded but applicable fees for guaranteed reservations made by JTB Philippines shall be charged accordingly.
    2. In case of denial of the visa application of the tour participant sixty (60) days before the tour departure, any payments made will be refunded but applicable fees for guaranteed reservations made by JTB Philippines shall be charged accordingly.
13. Banks may charge additional fees for using a credit card. Please note that any additional fees on top of our total tour fare are charged by your respective bank, not JTB Philippines. JTB Philippines will not be liable to cover these charges. The passenger is advised to settle this directly with their respective banks. In case of denial of visa application, the total tour payments made by the participant shall be refunded in full.
14. Full cancellation charges shall apply to the following:
    
    1. Cancellations or withdrawal to join the group tour that is made sixty (60) days before the tour departure.
    2. No-show guests or offloaded guests (airport-to-airport cases)
15. Any unused services of the tour package are non-refundable.
16. This tour package excludes: personal expenses, hotel incidental charges, other beverages and refreshments during meals, guide and driver tippings, travel insurance premium surcharge for 65 years old and above, & other items not mentioned in the itinerary.
17. Full cancellation charges shall apply for any cancellations made forty-five (45) days before the departure date; likewise, no-show guests are subject to the full cancellation charges.
18. The tour package excludes travel insurance premiums for 71 years and above & other items not mentioned in the itinerary of the tour packages.
19. The other terms and conditions of the airline, accommodation, & tour operator, including any government travel restrictions, will apply.
20. The cancellation policy of the airline, accommodation, & tour operator will apply.

2. The rate quoted per person is in US Dollars (US$). Any payments to be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) at the time of booking are subject to the prevailing Airline Exchange Rate (ACR). The rates may still be subject to surcharges due to holidays, festivals, and events in your destination. Black-out dates shall apply whenever possible.
3. A minimum of two (2) persons must book this package. A single supplement fee per person must be paid on top of the total tour fare (only if applicable).
