The rate quoted per person is in US Dollars (US$). Any payments to be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) at the time of booking are subject to the prevailing Airline Exchange Rate (ACR).
A minimum group size is required to run the group tour departure/s. Surcharges may apply if participants are below the minimum group size.

A single supplement fee per person must be paid on top of the total tour fare (only if applicable).
The group tour rates are valid for Philippine Passport holders.
Eligible foreign passport holders may be subject to additional charges and may be required to secure extra travel documentation, such as visas, transit permits, travel authorizations, etc. All required documents must be completed before departure, as incomplete or missing documentation may lead to additional costs, cancellations, or denied boarding.

※ Deposit Payment (Cash/Check/Deposit Payments Only): a payment of non-refundable deposit fee of US$ 1,000 per person & submission of a signed travel service agreement form within two (2) days are required to secure your slot on your preferred group tour departure date.
※ Full Payment: If the tour departure is confirmed, please settle the remaining tour fee no later than sixty (60) days before the tour departure date or upon visa approval.
Bookings and reservations made within sixty (60) days prior to the tour departure may still be accommodated, subject to availability on the selected departure date. In such cases, full payment will be required upon confirmation to secure the reservation.
Banks may charge additional fees for bank transfers and over-the-counter transactions. These fees are imposed by your bank and are not included in the company’s total tour fare. The company is not responsible for covering these charges, and passengers are advised to settle them directly with their respective banks.
Optional day tours and experiences must be booked and finalized upon full payment of the total tour fare. Some tour options will require a minimum group size. If in case the optional tour joined by the participant is canceled, JTB Philippines shall refund the payment made for the optional tour.
