Terms & Conditions

  • The rate quoted per person is in US Dollars (US$). Any payments to be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) at the time of booking are subject to the prevailing Airline Exchange Rate (ACR).
  • A minimum group size of ten (10) participants is required to run the group tour departure/s.
  • Surcharges may apply if participants are below the minimum group size.
  • This group tour package is based on twin sharing. Other room categories (Double, Triple, Non-Smoking, etc.) are subject to availability.
  • A single supplement fee per person must be paid on top of the total tour fare (only if applicable).
  • The group tour rates are valid for Philippine Passport holders. Eligible foreign passport holders may be subject to surcharges.
  • Child rates are available upon request.
    The itinerary and activities on this group tour package are subject to change due to local weather conditions.
  • The following payment schedule applies to this group tour package:
  • Reservation Fee (Cash or Cash Deposit Only): a payment of US$ 500 per person & submission of a signed travel service agreement form are required to confirm your reservation.
  • Full Payment: If the tour departure is confirmed, please settle the remaining tour fee no later than sixty (60) days before the travel period or upon visa approval.
  • Complimentary travel services are non-deductible and non-refundable from the total tour fare. The coverage of the travel services is during the travel period only.
  • Business class upgrade requests are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Preferred airline seats are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Any additional fees will be confirmed and settled upon reservation of the selected seat.
  • For tour participants who are required to apply for a tourist visa, please submit your visa application documents at least sixty (60) days before the tour departure.
  • For single-entry visa holders: If the visa is used before the tour departure, the passenger must reapply for a new visa to join the tour. In case the visa is not obtained for the scheduled tour departure, any payments made will be refundable except for fees for any guaranteed reservations made by the company.
  • In case of denial of the visa application of the tour participant sixty (60) days before the tour departure, any payments made will be refundable except for fees for any guaranteed reservations made by the company.
  • Banks may charge additional fees for credit card transactions. These fees are imposed by your bank and are not included in the company’s total tour fare. The company is not responsible for covering these charges, and passengers are advised to settle them directly with their respective banks.
  • Full cancellation charges shall apply to the following:
  • Voluntary cancellations or withdrawals of tour participation made sixty (60) days before the tour departure.
  • No-show guests or offloaded guests (airport-to-airport cases)
  • This tour package excludes personal expenses, hotel incidental charges, other beverages and refreshments during meals, guide and driver tippings, travel insurance premium surcharge for 65 years old and above, & other items not mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Any unused services of the tour package are non-refundable.
  • The company will only accept reservations for the specified tour departure until ninety (90) days before the tour departure.
  • Reservations made beyond the deadline may be accommodated on a private tour basis, subject to availability and the best rates available.
  • The company reserves the right to any changes made to this tour package without prior notice.

Tour Itinerary

Day 01: Manila - Incheon - Seoul

Please be at the airport at least three hours before the scheduled flight. Take your flight going to Korea. Upon arrival at Incheon International Airport, meet your tour guide at the arrival hall. Transfer to Seoul City Centre for check-in at your hotel.

Day 02: Seoul

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your scheduled tour. Visit the Gwanghwamun Square, a dynamic centerpiece of Seoul's heritage and modern charm. Next, explore the grandeur of Gyeongbokgung Palace (Hanbok Wearing Experience is included), the largest of Seoul's Five Grand Palaces, as you wander through its stunning pavilions and enchanting gardens. You will also stroll along the stunning Cheonggyecheon Stream, a beautiful stream amidst the bustling city, perfect for strolling and enjoying the enchanting sights and sounds of the flowing water. Transfer to Insadong Antique Street, a cultural treasure trove, renowned for its traditional tea houses, art galleries, and shops offering unique antiques and crafts. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will see HiKR Grounds, a must-visit destination that offers a unique blend of innovative technology, interactive exhibits, and breathtaking views of the city. Lastly, you will visit the National Gugak Center to witness a Gugak Concert and experience the enchanting world of traditional Korean music. Dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel.

Day 03: Seoul

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your scheduled tour. Visit Hyehwamun, one of Seoul's historic gates, offers a glimpse into Korea's Joseon-era past with its well-preserved architecture and cultural significance; Naksan Park, a serene urban retreat known for its scenic walking trails, stunning views of the city, and vibrant mural village; Hanyangdoseong Museum and Fortress Road where it showcases Seoul's rich history, offering insights into the city's ancient defenses and scenic trails along its well-preserved walls. Transfer to Gwangjang Traditional Market for lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will visit Heunginjimun to see its grand historic gate from the Joseon Dynasty, showcasing intricate architectural design and serving as a symbol of Seoul's rich heritage. You will also see the Dongdaemun Fashion Market, a bustling shopping district in Seoul. Lastly, transfer to Seoul to watch the Nanta Show, a high-energy, non-verbal performance combining comedy, music, and impressive culinary skills, offering a unique and entertaining cultural experience. Dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel.

Day 04: Seoul

Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy free leisure time by visiting other cultural performance spots in Daehakro. Daehakro is a major “arts & culture street” of Korea with some 150 theaters clustered in the area. Stretching for about 1.6km from Jongno 5-ga in Jongno-gu to the Hyehwa-dong Rotary, Daehakro was designated a “cultural zone.”

Day 05: Seoul - Incheon - Manila

Breakfast then check out from the hotel. Enjoy free leisure time until your scheduled transfer to Incheon. In the afternoon, you will transfer to Incheon International Airport for your scheduled departure back to Manila. End of services.
