Day 01: Manila - Narita - Tokyo

Please be at the designated assembly location at Ninoy Aquino International Airport three (3) hours prior your scheduled flight. Arrive in Tokyo where your journey begins with a warm welcome at Narita International Airport by your professional guide. Enjoy a comfortable transfer into the city and settle into your hotel, giving you the rest of the day to relax and ease into Japan’s vibrant capital, where tradition and modernity beautifully intertwine.

Day 02: Tokyo - Yamanashi - Shizuoka

Breakfast and then check out of the hotel. Start your day with a scenic escape to Lake Kawaguchi, one of the best vantage points for breathtaking views of the iconic Mt. Fuji. Experience Japan’s fascinating earthquake simulator, then take part in a serene Matcha tea experience rooted in centuries-old tradition. Stroll through Oshino Hakkai, a charming village with crystal-clear ponds and traditional houses, before shopping at Gotemba Premium Outlets with Mt. Fuji as your backdrop. Day 03: Shizuoka - Yokohama - Tokyo

Breakfast and then check out of the hotel. Head to Yokohama to explore the historic Red Brick Warehouse, a stylish waterfront hub blending culture and shopping. Dive into Japan’s culinary culture at the interactive Ramen Museum before returning to Tokyo. Visit the renowned Asakusa Temple, the city’s oldest and most vibrant shrine, and enjoy a photo stop at the towering Tokyo Skytree. Cap the day with a convenient stop at a Duty-Free cosmetics store before returning to your hotel.

Day 04: Tokyo

Breakfast at the hotel. Discover Tokyo’s dynamic contrasts as you visit a Pearl Duty Free Shop, then explore the lively streets of Shinjuku. Continue to Odaiba, a futuristic waterfront district, where you’ll see the impressive life-sized Gundam statue and Tokyo’s own version of the Statue of Liberty, perfect for unforgettable photo, before heading back to your hotel.

  1. The rate quoted per person is in US Dollars (US$). Any payments to be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) at the time of booking are subject to the prevailing Airline Exchange Rate (ACR).
  2. A minimum group size is required to run the group tour departure/s. Surcharges may apply if participants are below the minimum group size.
  3. This group tour package is based on twin sharing. Other room categories (Double, Triple, Non-Smoking, Connecting Rooms, etc.) are subject to availability.
  4. A single supplement fee per person must be paid on top of the total tour fare (only if applicable).
  5. The group tour rates are valid for Philippine Passport holders.
  6. Eligible foreign passport holders may be subject to additional charges and may be required to secure extra travel documentation, such as visas, transit permits, travel authorizations, etc. All required documents must be completed before departure, as incomplete or missing documentation may lead to additional costs, cancellations, or denied boarding.
  7. Child rates (11 years old & below) are available upon request.
    The itinerary and activities on this group tour package are subject to change due to local weather conditions.
  8. The following payment schedule applies to this group tour package:
    ※ Deposit Payment (Cash/Check/Deposit Payments Only): a payment of non-refundable deposit fee of US$ 400 per person & submission of a signed travel service agreement form within two (2) days are required to secure your slot on your preferred group tour departure date.
    ※ Full Payment: If the tour departure is confirmed, please settle the remaining tour fee no later than sixty (60) days before the tour departure date or upon visa approval.
  9. Bookings and reservations made within sixty (60) days prior to the tour departure may still be accommodated, subject to availability on the selected departure date. In such cases, full payment will be required upon confirmation to secure the reservation.
  10. The Group Tour Package shall be processed under the Regular Tourist Visa Application. Full details of the visa application process, including documentary requirements, submission guidelines, and applicable conditions, will be communicated by the Reservations Team upon receipt of the required deposit payment.
  11. Banks may charge additional fees for bank transfers and over-the-counter transactions. These fees are imposed by your bank and are not included in the company’s total tour fare. The company is not responsible for covering these charges, and passengers are advised to settle them directly with their respective banks.
  12. Optional day tours and experiences must be booked and finalized upon full payment of the total tour fare. Some tour options will require a minimum group size. If in case the optional tour joined by the participant is canceled, JTB Philippines shall refund the payment made for the optional tour.

  14. This group tour package includes pre-arranged shopping stops in partnership with local shops. Please note that opting out of these visits may result in additional fees as advised by the local operator. Payment shall be collected on the spot by your tour guide.
  15. This tour package excludes additional checked baggage, airline seat pre-selection, personal expenses, hotel incidental charges, travel insurance premium surcharge for tour participants aged 65 years old and above, other beverages and refreshments during meals (unless otherwise specified), & other items not mentioned in the itinerary.
  16. Any unused services of the tour package are non-refundable.
