Terms & Conditions

  • The rate quoted per person is in US Dollars (US$). Any payments to be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) at the time of booking are subject to the prevailing Airline Exchange Rate (ACR).
  • A minimum group size of twenty (20) participants is required to run the group tour departure/s.
  • Surcharges may apply if participants are below the minimum group size.
  • This group tour package is based on twin sharing. Other room categories (Double, Triple, Non-Smoking, etc.) are subject to availability.
  • A single supplement fee per person must be paid on top of the total tour fare (only if applicable).
  • The group tour rates are valid for Philippine Passport holders. Eligible foreign passport holders may be subject to surcharges.
  • Child rates are available upon request.
  • The itinerary and activities on this group tour package are subject to change due to local weather conditions.
  • Business class upgrades are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Also, preferred airline seats are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Any additional fees will be confirmed and settled upon reservation of the selected seat.
  • The following payment schedule applies to this group tour package:
  • Reservation Fee (Cash or Cash Deposit Only): a payment of US$ 1,000 per person & submission of a signed travel service agreement form are required to confirm your reservation.
  • Full Payment: Settle the remaining tour fee no later than sixty (60) days before the travel period or upon visa approval.
  • Complimentary travel services are non-deductible and non-refundable from the total tour fare. The coverage of the travel services is during the travel period only.
  • For tour participants who are required to apply for a tourist visa, please submit your visa application documents at least sixty (60) days before the tour departure.
  • For single-entry visa holders: If the visa is used before the tour departure, the passenger must reapply for a new visa to join the tour. In case the visa is not obtained for the scheduled tour departure, any payments made will be refundable except for fees for any guaranteed reservations made by the company.
  • In case of denial of the visa application of the tour participant sixty (60) days before the tour departure, any payments made will be refundable except for fees for any guaranteed reservations made by the company.
  • Banks may charge additional fees for credit card transactions. These fees are imposed by your bank and are not included in the company’s total tour fare. The company is not responsible for covering these charges, and passengers are advised to settle them directly with their respective banks.
  • Full cancellation charges shall apply to the following:
  • Voluntary cancellations or withdrawals of tour participation made sixty (60) days before the tour departure.
  • No-show guests or offloaded guests (airport-to-airport cases)
  • This tour package excludes personal expenses, hotel incidental charges, other beverages and refreshments during meals, guide and driver tippings, travel insurance premium surcharge for 65 years old and above, & other items not mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Any unused services of the tour package are non-refundable.
  • This tour package can be booked as a private group, with rates subject to adjustment based on seasonality and availability on your preferred travel period.
  • The company reserves the right to any changes made to this tour package without prior notice.

Tour Itinerary

Day 01: Manila – Fukuoka
B: -- L: Hakata Ramen Stadium (Cashback Allowance) D: Sukiyaki
Check-in at the airport three hours before your scheduled international flight to Fukuoka International Airport. Upon arrival in Japan, meet your tour guide at the arrival hall and take your transfer to Ramen Stadium in Canal City Mall. Canal City Hakata is a large shopping and entertainment complex, that calls itself a "city within the city". Attractions include about 250 shops, cafes and restaurants, a theater, a game center, cinemas, two hotels, and a canal running through the complex. A cashback allowance will be provided. After your late lunch, you will transfer to a 3-star hotel in Fukuoka for check-in. Meet your tour guide again at the hotel lobby for your dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel.

Day 02: Fukuoka – Tosu – Fukuoka

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your scheduled tour. Visit Yanagibashi Morning Market. Fondly called “Hakata’s Kitchen,” this is a busy market where shoppers go to get the freshest catch of the day. Visit a local restaurant in the market for a seafood lunch. Transfer to Tosu for fruit-picking activity (orchard or fruit farms to visit depending on the season) at a local farm. Transfer to Tosu Premium Outlets to go shopping. Return to Fukuoka. Dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel. (Note: Prepare your luggage (max of two) for transfer service to Osaka. Please ensure you have a day bag good for one night in Hiroshima.)

Day 03: Fukuoka – Hiroshima

Breakfast then check out from the hotel. Leave your luggage for the transfer service to the hotel in Osaka. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your transfer to Hakata Station. Take the bullet train ride (NOZOMI) to Hiroshima. Upon arrival, you will take your transfer for the tour proper. Visit the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The attractions to see the preserved facilities and exhibitions from the Second World War are the Atomic Bomb Dome & the Museum. A cashback allowance will be provided for lunch. In the afternoon, you will transfer to a 3-star hotel in Hiroshima for check-in. Visit the Hondori area during your free time for leisure or shopping. Dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel.

Day 04: Hiroshima – Miyajima – Hiroshima – Osaka

Breakfast then check out from the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your transfer to Miyajimaguchi Port. Take the ferry ride to Miyajima. Upon arrival, there will be a walking sightseeing tour of the island that includes Itsukushima Shrine. The most recognizable of all torii gates in Japan, this Shinto shrine was built over the water in the 12th century. Your visit also includes the Omotesando Arcade, a shopping street where you can enjoy traditional Miyajima craftsmanship as well as Hiroshima specialties such as oysters and momiji manjuu (maple buns). Take the ferry ride back to Hiroshima. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will transfer to Hiroshima Station for your bullet train ride (NOZOMI) to Osaka. Upon arrival in Osaka, you will transfer to a 3-star hotel in Osaka for check-in. Claim your luggage from the concierge. Dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel.

Day 05: Osaka – Kobe – Osaka

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your transfer to the port city of Kobe. You will visit the Kobe-Sanda Premium Outlets for shopping. Return to Osaka. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will visit Dotonbori for shopping (if time permits). Dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel.

Day 06: Osaka – Kansai International Airport – Manila

Breakfast then check out from the hotel. Visit the Kuromon Ichiba. In the market, you can buy fresh seafood, meat, fruits, and vegetables, as well as freshly cooked food, clothes, and other general merchandise. A cashback allowance will be provided for lunch. In the afternoon, you will transfer to the Kansai International Airport for your scheduled departure back to Manila. End of services.
