Terms & Conditions

  • The rate quoted per person is in US Dollars (US$). Any payments to be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) at the time of booking are subject to the prevailing Airline Exchange Rate (ACR).
  • A minimum group size of twenty-five (25) participants is required to run the group tour departure/s. Surcharges may apply if participants are below the minimum group size.
  • This group tour package is based on twin sharing. Other room categories (Double, Triple, Non-Smoking, Connecting Rooms, etc.) are subject to availability.
  • A single supplement fee per person must be paid on top of the total tour fare (only if applicable).
  • The group tour rates are valid for Philippine Passport holders.
  • Eligible foreign passport holders may be subject to additional charges and may be required to secure extra travel documentation, such as visas, transit permits, travel authorizations, etc. All required documents must be completed before departure, as incomplete or missing documentation may lead to additional costs, cancellations, or denied boarding.
  • Child rates (11 years old & below) are available upon request.
  • The itinerary and activities on this group tour package are subject to change due to local weather conditions.
  • The following payment schedule applies to this group tour package (Cash/Check, Deposit, & Bank Transfer Payments Only):
    Reservation Fee: a payment of US$ 1,000 per person & submission of a signed travel service agreement form are required to confirm your reservation.
    Full Payment: If the tour departure is confirmed, please settle the remaining tour fee no later than sixty (60) days before the travel period or upon visa approval.
  • Complimentary travel services are non-deductible and non-refundable from the total tour fare. The coverage of the travel services is during the travel period only.
  • Business class upgrades are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Preferred airline seats are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Any additional fees will be confirmed and settled upon reservation of the selected seat.
  • The group tour package will be applied under the Japan eVisa (Tour Package Visa) with simplified visa requirements:
    ○ Valid Philippine Passport
    ○ Latest Passport-sized Photo
    ○ Japan Visa Application Form
    ○ PSA-issued Documents (Birth Certificate and Marriage Contract)
    ○ JTB’s Passenger Information Sheet for Tour Package Visa Application
  • Foreign passport holders joining this tour package must apply under the regular tourist visa category.
  • Banks may charge additional fees for bank transfers and over-the-counter transactions. These fees are imposed by your bank and are not included in the company’s total tour fare. The company is not responsible for covering these charges, and passengers are advised to settle them directly with their respective banks.
  • Full cancellation charges shall apply to the following:
    Voluntary cancellations or withdrawals of tour participation made sixty (60) days before the tour departure.
    No-show guests or offloaded guests (airport-to-airport cases)
  • This tour package excludes personal expenses, hotel incidental charges, other beverages and refreshments during meals, travel insurance premium surcharge for 65 years old and above, & other items not mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Any unused services of the tour package are non-refundable.
  • The company will only accept reservations for the specified tour departure until ninety (90) days before the tour departure.
    Reservations made fewer than ninety (90) days before the tour departure may be accommodated on a private tour basis, subject to availability and the best rates available.

Day 01: Manila – Narita/Haneda – Chitose – Sapporo

Check-in at the airport three hours before your scheduled flight at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport. Take your flight going to Japan. Then, take your connecting flight going to New Chitose Airport. Transfer to Sapporo. Visit the ROYCE' CACAO&CHOCOLATE TOWN, one of Sapporo's newest and largest attractions known for its delicious chocolate treats, including the melt-in-your-mouth goodness of Nama Chocolate Au Lait. Lunch at a local restaurant. Check-in at your hotel in Sapporo. Cashback allowance shall be provided for your dinner at Sapporo Ramen Alley. Return to the hotel on your own.

Day 02: Sapporo

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your scheduled tour. Visit the Sapporo Central Wholesale Market, a bustling market brimming with supremely fresh Hokkaido seafood and mountain delicacies. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit Shiroi Koibito Park, a confectionery theme park famous for its langue de chat cookies and other sweets. Also, you'll go to the Sapporo Beer Museum, one of the world's few museums dedicated to a country's brewing history. Explore the long history of "Sapporo Beer," which dates back to the 1876 Kaitakushi business (includes admission only - not beer tasting). Dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel.

Day 03: Sapporo – Otaru – Sapporo

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your scheduled tour. Transfer to Otaru. Otaru is a small harbor town located about an hour and a half by train from Sapporo. It was once Hokkaido's main trade and fishing port. You will see the Shin Nantaru Market, a popular place in Hokkaido where a wide selection of high-quality fresh seafood and harvests are available for affordable local pricing. Also, there is a dining area in the market where you can purchase sushi or a dish of rice that has been topped with an abundance of fresh fish. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, enjoy your free time to visit Otaru Canal, Kitaichi Glass Factory, & Sakaimachi Street. Transfer back to Sapporo. Dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel.

Day 04: Sapporo – Toyako – Sapporo

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your scheduled tour. Visit Kyogoku Fountain Park, a serene and beautiful park where pristine and ice-cold water cascades from Mt. Yotei. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will go to the Lake Toya and Sailo Observatory to take in the scenery of the lake. You will also have the ice-cream-making experience. Enjoy free leisure time in Lake Toya or book the Lake Toya Sky Cruising (if time permits and on your own account) to enjoy the view of Rurutsu Ski Resort, Lake Toya, & Mt. Yotei. Return to Sapporo. Dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel.

Day 05: Sapporo

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your scheduled tour. Visit a facility for soba making experience. Next, visit the Hokkaido Kikkoman Factory and experience an insightful tour into the production of soy sauce, offering visitors a behind-the-scenes look at the brewing process and the history of this iconic Japanese condiment. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will visit the Mitsui Outlet Park Sapporo-Kitahiroshima for your shopping. Dinner at a local restaurant. Return to your hotel.

Day 06: Sapporo – Chitose – Narita/Haneda – Manila
