Terms & Conditions

  • The rate quoted per person is in US Dollars (US$). Any payments to be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) at the time of booking are subject to the prevailing Airline Exchange Rate (ACR).
  • A minimum group size of thirty (30) participants is required to run the group tour departure/s. Surcharges may apply if participants are below the minimum group size.
  • This group tour package is based on twin sharing. Other room categories (Double, Triple, Non-Smoking, Connecting Rooms, etc.) are subject to availability.
  • A single supplement fee per person must be paid on top of the total tour fare (only if applicable).
  • The group tour rates are valid for Philippine Passport holders.
  • Eligible foreign passport holders may be subject to additional charges and may be required to secure extra travel documentation, such as visas, transit permits, travel authorizations, etc. All required documents must be completed before departure, as incomplete or missing documentation may lead to additional costs, cancellations, or denied boarding.
  • Child rates (11 years old & below) are available upon request.
  • The itinerary and activities on this group tour package are subject to change due to local weather conditions.
  • The following payment schedule applies to this group tour package (Cash/Check, Deposit, & Bank Transfer Payments Only):
    Reservation Fee: a payment of US$ 1,000 per person & submission of a signed travel service agreement form are required to confirm your reservation.
    Full Payment: If the tour departure is confirmed, please settle the remaining tour fee no later than sixty (60) days before the travel period or upon visa approval.
  • Complimentary travel services are non-deductible and non-refundable from the total tour fare. The coverage of the travel services is during the travel period only.
  • Business class upgrades are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Preferred airline seats are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Any additional fees will be confirmed and settled upon reservation of the selected seat.
  • The group tour package will be applied under the Korea ○ ○eGroup Visa with simplified visa requirements:
    ○ Valid Philippine Passport
    ○ Latest Passport-sized Photo
    ○ JTB’s Passenger Information Sheet for Korea eGroup Visa
  • Foreign passport holders joining this tour package must apply under the regular tourist visa category.
  • Banks may charge additional fees for bank transfers and over-the-counter transactions. These fees are imposed by your bank and are not included in the company’s total tour fare. The company is not responsible for covering these charges, and passengers are advised to settle them directly with their respective banks.
  • Full cancellation charges shall apply to the following:
    Voluntary cancellations or withdrawals of tour participation made sixty (60) days before the tour departure.
    No-show guests or offloaded guests (airport-to-airport cases)
  • This tour package excludes personal expenses, hotel incidental charges, other beverages and refreshments during meals, travel insurance premium surcharge for 65 years old and above, & other items not mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Any unused services of the tour package are non-refundable.
  • The company will only accept reservations for the specified tour departure until ninety (90) days before the tour departure.
  • Reservations made fewer than ninety (90) days before the tour departure may be accommodated on a private tour basis, subject to availability and the best rates available.
  • The company reserves the right to any changes made to this tour package without prior notice.

Day 01: Manila - Incheon - Seoul

Check-in at the airport three hours before your scheduled flight at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport. Upon arrival at Incheon International Airport, meet your tour guide at the arrival hall for your transfer to Seoul. Dinner at a local restaurant. Transfer to a 4-star hotel in Seoul for check-in.

Day 02: Seoul - Gangwon - Seoul

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your tour guide for your scheduled tour. Transfer to Gangwon. You will visit Nami Island. This half-moon-shaped island is renowned for its lovely tree-lined lanes. It is also the filming location of “Winter Sonata” and other popular drama and television shows. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, return to Seoul. Dive into the bustling energy of Namdaemun Market, Seoul’s oldest and largest traditional market! Next, you will visit Seoul Yangnyeongsi Herb Medicine Museum that offers an informative exploration of traditional Korean herbal medicine, featuring exhibits on various herbs, historical practices, and their roles in health and wellness (a herbed foot bath experience is included). Return to your hotel for free time in the afternoon. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel.

Day 03: Seoul - DMZ - Seoul

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your tour guide for your scheduled tour. You will visit the Cheorwon Demilitarized Zone (DMZ). You will visit the Cheorwon Peace Observatory through a monorail ride. This observatory offers a panoramic view of the DMZ (Demilitarized Zone separating North and South Korea) including the Cheorwon plain, areas of the DMZ, and even North Korea. Photos of the 2nd Tunnel, military barracks, checkpoints, and the DMZ are exhibited here. Lunch at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel and enjoy free time until scheduled assembly time again in the evening for dinner arrangements. Dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel.

Day 04: Seoul

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the lobby for your scheduled tour. In the morning, you will have a Korean Cuisine Cooking Class (Gimbap & Japchae). Your lunch will be the food you prepared during the cooking class. In the afternoon, you will visit the iconic COEX Mall, snap iconic shots at the Starfield Library’s towering bookshelves, and strike a pose with the famous Gangnam Style Statue. You will visit Noryangjin Fisheries Wholesale Market and experience the bustling seafood trade and taste the fresh catch. Dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel.

Day 05: Seoul

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the lobby for your scheduled tour. Visit Suwon Hwaseong Fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Korea’s most impressive historical landmarks. Next, head to Kyochon Chicken 1991 Academy for the Korean Chicken Making Experience. In the afternoon, travel to Yongin Folk Village to experience traditional Korean life. Lastly, you will visit the Gwangjang Food Market and wander through the endless rows of stalls offering authentic Korean street food (dinner cashback will be provided). A must-visit is the Netflix Lady's Kalguksu Stall. Return to the hotel.

Day 06: Seoul - Incheon - Manila
