Day 01: Manila - Fukuoka

Assemble at Ninoy Aquino International Airport three (3) hours before departure for your flight. Take your departure flight going to Japan. Arrival at Fukuoka International Airport. Welcome to Fukuoka, Kyushu's vibrant gateway city known for its rich heritage, renowned food culture, and relaxed coastal atmosphere. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure as you settle into one of Japan's most livable and charming cities.

Day 02: Fukuoka

Begin your exploration at the historic Fukuoka Castle Ruins, where remnants of a once-mighty fortress overlook the modern city skyline. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, continue to Kushida Shrine, one of Fukuoka's oldest and most beloved shrines, deeply woven into the city's cultural identity. Spend free time at Canal City Hakata, a lively entertainment and shopping complex, before ending the day at Fukuoka's famous yatai food stalls, where local specialties and an authentic street-food atmosphere create a memorable evening experience. Day 03: Fukuoka

Later, visit the revered Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine, dedicated to Japan's deity of learning and surrounded by tranquil gardens, historic bridges, and centuries of tradition. Day 04: Fukuoka

Terms & Conditions

  1. The rate quoted per person is in US Dollars (US$). Any payments to be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) at the time of booking are subject to the prevailing Airline Exchange Rate (ACR).
  2. A minimum group size of ten (10) participants is required to run the group tour departure/s. Surcharges may apply if participants are below the minimum group size.
  3. This group tour package is based on twin sharing. Other room categories (Double, Triple, Non-Smoking, Connecting Rooms, etc.) are subject to availability.
  4. A single supplement fee per person must be paid on top of the total tour fare (only if applicable).
  5. The group tour rates are valid for Philippine Passport holders.
  6. Eligible foreign passport holders may be subject to additional charges and may be required to secure extra travel documentation such as visas, transit permits, travel authorizations, etc. All required documents must be completed before departure, as incomplete or missing documentation may lead to additional costs, cancellations, or denied boarding.
  7. Child rates (11 years old & below) are available upon request.
  8. The itinerary and activities on this group tour package are subject to change due to local weather conditions.
  9. The following payment schedule applies to this group tour package (Cash/Check/Deposit Payments Only):
    ※ Deposit Payment: a payment of US$ 500 per person & submission of a signed travel service agreement form are required to confirm your reservation.
    ※ Full Payment: If the tour departure is confirmed, please settle the remaining tour fee no later than seventy-five (75) days before the tour departure date or upon visa approval.
  10. Complimentary travel services are non-deductible and non-refundable from the total tour fare. The coverage of the travel services is during the travel period only.
  11. Business class upgrades are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Preferred airline seats are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Any additional fees will be confirmed and settled upon reservation of the selected seat.
  12. The Group Tour Package shall be processed under the Simplified Visa Application Program. Full details of the visa application process, including documentary requirements, submission guidelines, and applicable conditions, will be communicated by the Reservations Team upon receipt of the required deposit payment.
  13. Foreign passport holders are not eligible for the Simplified Visa Application Program and must apply under the Regular Tourist Visa category. Such applications shall be subject to the corresponding visa requirements, evaluation procedures, processing timelines, and additional fees imposed by the respective embassy or consulate.
  14. Banks may charge additional fees for bank transfers and over-the-counter transactions. These fees are imposed by your bank and are not included in the company’s total tour fare. The company is not responsible for covering these charges, and passengers are advised to settle them directly with their respective banks.
  15. The following cancellation charges shall apply to this tour package:
    ※ 91 Days & above: refundable less applicable charges
    ※ 76 ~ 90 Days: 30% of the total tour fare (including the deposit fee)
    ※ 46 ~ 75 Days: 50% of the total tour fare
    ※ 31 ~ 45 Days: 100% of the total tour fare
    ※ 1 ~ 30 Days: 100% of the total tour fare
    ※ During the tour dates: 100% of the total tour fare
    ※ No-show guests or offloaded guests (airport-to-airport cases): 100% of the total tour fare
    ※ In case of visa denial: refundable less applicable charges
  16. This tour package excludes personal expenses, hotel incidental charges, other beverages and refreshments during meals, travel insurance premium surcharge for 65 years old and above, & other items not mentioned in the itinerary.
  17. Any unused services of the tour package are non-refundable.
  18. The company will only accept reservations for the specified tour departure/s until sixty (60) days before the tour departure.
  19. Reservations made fewer than sixty (60) days before the specified tour departure/s may be accommodated on a private tour basis, subject to availability and the best rates available.
  20. The company reserves the right to any changes made to this tour package without prior notice.
