Terms & Conditions

  • The rate quoted per person is in US Dollars (US$). Any payments to be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) at the time of booking are subject to the prevailing Airline Exchange Rate (ACR).
  • A minimum group size of twenty (20) participants is required to run the group tour departure/s. Surcharges may apply if participants are below the minimum group size.
  • This group tour package is based on twin sharing. Other room categories (Double, Triple, Non-Smoking, Connecting Rooms, etc.) are subject to availability.
  • A single supplement fee per person must be paid on top of the total tour fare (only if applicable).
  • The group tour rates are valid for Philippine Passport holders.
  • Eligible foreign passport holders may be subject to additional charges and may be required to secure extra travel documentation such as visas, transit permits, travel authorizations, etc. All required documents must be completed before departure, as incomplete or missing documentation may lead to additional costs, cancellations, or denied boarding.
  • Child rates (11 years old & below) are available upon request.
    The itinerary and activities on this group tour package are subject to change due to local weather conditions.
    The following payment schedule applies to this group tour package (Cash/Check, Deposit, & Bank Transfer Payments Only):
    ○ Reservation Fee: a payment of US$ 500 per person & submission of a signed travel service agreement form are required to confirm your reservation.
    ○ Full Payment: If the tour departure is confirmed, please settle the remaining tour fee no later than sixty (60) days before the travel period or upon visa approval.
  • Complimentary travel services are non-deductible and non-refundable from the total tour fare. The coverage of the travel services is during the travel period only.
  • Business class upgrades are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Preferred airline seats are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Any additional fees will be confirmed and settled upon reservation of the selected seat.
  • The group tour package will be applied under the Korea eGroup Visa Category with simplified visa requirements:
    ○ Valid Philippine Passport
    ○ Latest Passport-sized Photo
    ○ JTB’s Passenger Information Sheet for Korea eGroup Visa Application
  • Foreign passport holders not eligible for the eGroup Visa Application must apply under the regular tourist visa category.
  • Banks may charge additional fees for bank transfers and over-the-counter transactions. These fees are imposed by your bank and are not included in the company’s total tour fare. The company is not responsible for covering these charges, and passengers are advised to settle them directly with their respective banks.
  • Full cancellation charges shall apply to the following:
    ○ Voluntary cancellations or withdrawals of tour participation made sixty (60) days before the tour departure.
    ○ No-show guests or offloaded guests (airport-to-airport cases)
  • This tour package excludes personal expenses, hotel incidental charges, other beverages and refreshments during meals, travel insurance premium surcharge for 65 years old and above, & other items not mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Any unused services of the tour package are non-refundable.
  • The company will only accept reservations for the specified tour departure until ninety (90) days before the tour departure.
  • Reservations made fewer than ninety (90) days before the tour departure may be accommodated on a private tour basis, subject to availability and the best rates available.
  • The company reserves the right to any changes made to this tour package without prior notice.

Day 01: Manila - Incheon - Gangwon - Gyeonggi - Seoul

Assemble at Ninoy Aquino International Airport three (3) hours before departure for your flight to Korea. Upon arrival at Incheon International Airport, meet your local guide and head straight into Korea’s fall scenery at Nami Island, where tree-lined paths glow in fiery reds and golds. Lunch at a local restaurant. Continue to Petite France, a charming European-inspired village set against crisp autumn landscapes. Transfer to Seoul and check in at your 3-star hotel.

Day 02: Seoul

Breakfast at the hotel. Explore Seoul’s rich heritage with visits to Gyeongbokgung Palace and Changdeokgung Palace, where centuries-old architecture is beautifully framed by autumn foliage. Browse the lively stalls of Namdaemun Market, offering a glimpse of local life and traditional flavors. In the afternoon, stroll along Insadong Antique Street, known for its art shops and teahouses, before ascending Namsan Seoul Tower for sweeping views of the capital painted in warm fall colors. Return to the hotel.

Day 03: Seoul - Gyeongju

Breakfast and then check out of the hotel. Travel comfortably via KTX High-Speed Train to the historic city of Gyeongju. Visit the UNESCO-listed Bulguksa Temple, a serene masterpiece surrounded by autumn tones, then relax by Bomun Lake, where reflections of fall foliage shimmer on the water. Continue to Daereungwon Tomb Complex, home to ancient royal burial mounds nestled in landscaped grounds. Check in at your 3-star hotel in Gyeongju.

Day 04: Gyeongju - Busan

Breakfast then check out of the hotel. Explore Gyochon Traditional Village, where hanok houses, cultural heritage, and seasonal colors bring Korea’s past to life. End the day at Haeundae Market, bustling with street food, local snacks, and coastal energy. Check in at your 3-star hotel in Busan.

Day 05: Busan

Day 06: Busan - Manila
