Terms & Conditions
The rate quoted per person is in US Dollars (US$). Any payments to be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) at the time of booking are subject to the prevailing Airline Exchange Rate (ACR).
A minimum group size of fifteen (15) participants is required to run the group tour departure/s. Surcharges may apply if participants are below the minimum group size.
This group tour package is based on twin sharing. Other room categories (Double, Triple, Non-Smoking, etc.) are subject to availability.
A single supplement fee per person must be paid on top of the total tour fare (only if applicable).
The group tour rates are valid for Philippine Passport holders. Eligible foreign passport holders may be subject to surcharges.
Child rates are available upon request.
The itinerary and activities on this group tour package are subject to change due to local weather conditions.
The following payment schedule applies to this group tour package:
Reservation Fee (Cash or Cash Deposit Only): a payment of US$ 500 per person & submission of a signed travel service agreement form are required to confirm your reservation.
Full Payment: If the tour departure is confirmed, please settle the remaining tour fee no later than sixty (60) days before the travel period or upon visa approval.
Complimentary travel services are non-deductible and non-refundable from the total tour fare. The coverage of the travel services is during the travel period only.
Business class upgrades are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Preferred airline seats are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Any additional fees will be confirmed and settled upon reservation of the selected seat.
For tour participants who are required to apply for a tourist visa, please submit your visa application documents at least sixty (60) days before the tour departure.
For single-entry visa holders: If the visa is used before the tour departure, the passenger must reapply for a new visa to join the tour. In case the visa is not obtained for the scheduled tour departure, any payments made will be refundable except for fees for any guaranteed reservations made by the company.
In case of denial of the visa application of the tour participant sixty (60) days before the tour departure, any payments made will be refundable except for fees for any guaranteed reservations made by the company.
Banks may charge additional fees for credit card transactions. These fees are imposed by your bank and are not included in the company’s total tour fare. The company is not responsible for covering these charges, and passengers are advised to settle them directly with their respective banks.
Full cancellation charges shall apply to the following:
Voluntary cancellations or withdrawals of tour participation made sixty (60) days before the tour departure.
No-show guests or offloaded guests (airport-to-airport cases)
This tour package excludes personal expenses, hotel incidental charges, other beverages and refreshments during meals, guide and driver tippings, travel insurance premium surcharge for 65 years old and above, & other items not mentioned in the itinerary.
Any unused services of the tour package are non-refundable.
The company will only accept reservations for the specified tour departure until ninety (90) days before the tour departure.
Reservations made fewer than ninety (90) days before the tour departure may be accommodated on a private tour basis, subject to availability and the best rates available.
The company reserves the right to any changes made to this tour package without prior notice.
Day 01: Manila - Tokyo - New Chitose Airport - Sapporo

Check-in at the airport three hours before your scheduled flight at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport. Take your flight going to Japan. Then, take your connecting flight going to New Chitose Airport. Transfer to Sapporo. Check-in at a 3-star hotel. Cashback allowance shall be provided for your dinner. Enjoy free leisure time on your own.
Day 02: Sapporo

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your scheduled tour. Visit the Red Brick, Odori Park, and the Sapporo Clock Tower. Lunch at the local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will visit the Hokkaido University Ginkgo Avenue - a stunning walkway lined with vibrant ginkgo trees. Lastly, you will also visit Mt. Moiwa with a ropeway experience. Mt. Moiwa is a must-visit destination in Sapporo, offering a scenic and thrilling ropeway experience that provides breathtaking panoramic views of the city. Dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel.
Day 03: Sapporo - Jozankei - Sapporo

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your scheduled tour. Visit Butsuganji The Great Nirvana Temple, a Buddhist temple renowned for its peaceful atmosphere and majestic statue of the reclining Buddha, symbolizing the moment of Nirvana. Next, you will see the Hill of the Buddha which is designed by top Japanese architect Tadao Ando. This photogenic Buddha statue in a hall exudes spirituality. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, transfer to Jozankei, a picturesque hot spring town nestled in the mountains of Hokkaido. Visit the Hoheikyo Dam and Hoheikyo Onsen that offer a unique blend of natural beauty and relaxation, with the dam providing scenic views and the onsen offering soothing hot springs amidst a picturesque mountain setting. Lastly, visit the Oku-Jozankei Kamui no Mori, a captivating forest park in Hokkaido. Return to Sapporo. Dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel.
Day 04: Sapporo - Asahidake - Biei - Sapporo

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your scheduled tour. Transfer to Asahidake. Visit Mount Asahidake, Hokkaido's highest peak. Hop onboard the exhilarating ropeway experience for panoramic views of the vibrant foliage that will leave you awestruck. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will transfer to Biei. Visit the Shirogane Waterfalls and the Blue Pond, where you can see the stunning turquoise hues amid the foliage colors. Return to Sapporo. Dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel.
Day 05: Sapporo - Otaru - Sapporo

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your scheduled tour. Visit the ROYCE' CACAO&CHOCOLATE TOWN, one of Sapporo's newest and largest attractions known for its delicious chocolate treats, including the melt-in-your-mouth goodness of Nama Chocolate Au Lait. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will transfer to Otaru. Otaru is a small harbor town located about an hour and a half by train from Sapporo. You will visit Otaru Canal & enjoy shopping time at Kitaichi Glass Factory, & Sakaimachi Street. Transfer back to Sapporo. Dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel.
Day 06: Sapporo
