Assemble at Ninoy Aquino International Airport three (3) hours before departure for your flight to Tokyo. Take your departure flight going to Japan. Arrival at Narita International Airport. Meet your English-speaking guide at the arrival hall before beginning your journey into Japan’s cultural heart. Transfer to Tokyo City Centre for hotel check-in. Spend the rest of the day at leisure, soaking in your first impressions of Tokyo, a city where centuries-old traditions meet futuristic innovation.
Day 02: Tokyo

Discover Tokyo's elegant side with a stroll through the Imperial East Palace Gardens, a peaceful oasis set within the historic grounds of the Imperial Palace. Take in spectacular panoramic views from the Tembo Deck of Tokyo Skytree. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, admie the golden canopy of Jingu Gaien Ginkgo Avenue, one of Japan's most celebrated autumn foliage spots. Continue to the stylish boulevards of Omotesando and the colorful fashion district of Harajuku, where Tokyo's creativity comes alive. Dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel. (Note: Prepare a day bag for your day tour the next day and have your luggage prepared for transfer to Osaka Hotel the next morning).
Day 03: Tokyo - Yamanashi - Tokyo

Breakfast at the hotel. Leave your luggage at the hotel reception for the scheduled luggage transfer to your hotel in Osaka. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby. Journey to the scenic Fuji region and experience the stunning Lake Kawaguchi Maple Corridor, where fiery red and golden leaves create one of Japan's most photographed autumn scenes. Lunch at a local restaurant. In thew afternoon, ascend via the Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway for breathtaking views of Japan's most iconic peak and the surrounding lake before enjoying a delightful seasonal fruit-picking experience in the countryside. Return to Tokyo. Dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel.
Day 04: Tokyo - Osaka

Breakfast and then check out of the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby. Transfer to Tokyo Station and board Japan's world-famous Shinkansen bullet train. Sit back and enjoy the smooth journey through picturesque landscapes before arriving in Osaka, the country's vibrant culinary and entertainment capital. Lunch at a local restaurant. Transfer to the hotel for check-in.
Day 05: Osaka

Day 06: Osaka - Kyoto - Nara- Osaka

Step into Japan's cultural heart with a visit to the iconic Fushimi Inari Shrine, renowned for its thousands of vermilion torii gates winding through the forested hillside. Continue to Kiyomizu-dera Temple, celebrated for its magnificent wooden terrace and panoramic city views. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, transfer to Nara and encounter the friendly deer roaming freely through Nara Park before visiting the impressive Todaiji Temple, home to one of the world's largest bronze Buddha statues. Return to Osaka. Dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel.
Day 07: Osaka - Kansai International Airport - Manila

The rate quoted per person is in US Dollars (US$). Any payments to be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) at the time of booking are subject to the prevailing Airline Exchange Rate (ACR).
A minimum group size of ten (10) participants is required to run the group tour departure/s. Surcharges may apply if participants are below the minimum group size.
This group tour package is based on twin sharing. Other room categories (Double, Triple, Non-Smoking, Connecting Rooms, etc.) are subject to availability.
A single supplement fee per person must be paid on top of the total tour fare (only if applicable).
The group tour rates are valid for Philippine Passport holders.
Eligible foreign passport holders may be subject to additional charges and may be required to secure extra travel documentation, such as visas, transit permits, travel authorizations, etc. All required documents must be completed before departure, as incomplete or missing documentation may lead to additional costs, cancellations, or denied boarding.
Child rates (11 years old & below) are available upon request.
The itinerary and activities on this group tour package are subject to change due to local weather conditions.
The following payment schedule applies to this group tour package:
○ Reservation Fee (Cash/Check, Deposit, & Bank Transfer Payments Only): a payment of US$ 500 per person & submission of a signed travel service agreement form are required to confirm your reservation.
○ Full Payment: If the tour departure is confirmed, please settle the remaining tour fee no later than sixty (60) days before the travel period or upon visa approval.
Complimentary travel services are non-deductible and non-refundable from the total tour fare. The coverage of the travel services is during the travel period only.
Business class upgrades are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Preferred airline seats are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Any additional fees will be confirmed and settled upon reservation of the selected seat.
Tour participants must apply for regular tourist visa application for this tour package.
○ For single-entry visa holders: If the visa is used before the tour departure, the passenger must reapply for a new visa to join the tour. In case the visa is not obtained for the scheduled tour departure, any payments made will be refundable except for fees for any guaranteed reservations made by the company.
○ In case of denial of the visa application of the tour participant sixty (60) days before the tour departure, any payments made will be refundable except for fees for any guaranteed reservations made by the company.
Foreign passport holders joining this tour package must apply under the regular tourist visa category.
Banks may charge additional fees for bank transfers and over-the-counter transactions. These fees are imposed by your bank and are not included in the company’s total tour fare. The company is not responsible for covering these charges, and passengers are advised to settle them directly with their respective banks.
Full cancellation charges shall apply to the following:
○ Voluntary cancellations or withdrawals of tour participation made sixty (60) days before the tour departure.
○ No-show guests or offloaded guests (airport-to-airport cases)
This tour package excludes personal expenses, hotel incidental charges, other beverages and refreshments during meals, travel insurance premium surcharge for 65 years old and above, & other items not mentioned in the itinerary.
Any unused services of the tour package are non-refundable.
The company will only accept reservations for the specified tour departure until ninety (90) days before the tour departure.
Reservations made fewer than ninety (90) days before the tour departure may be accommodated on a private tour basis, subject to availability and the best rates available.
The company reserves the right to any changes made to this tour package without prior notice.
