Terms & Conditions

  • The rate quoted per person is in US Dollars (US$). Any payments to be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) at the time of booking are subject to the prevailing Airline Exchange Rate (ACR).
  • A minimum group size of fifteen (15) participants is required to run the group tour departure/s. Surcharges may apply if participants are below the minimum group size.
  • This group tour package is based on twin sharing. Other room categories (Double, Triple, Non-Smoking, etc.) are subject to availability.
  • A single supplement fee per person must be paid on top of the total tour fare (only if applicable).
  • The group tour rates are valid for Philippine Passport holders. Eligible foreign passport holders may be subject to surcharges.
  • Child rates are available upon request.
  • The itinerary and activities on this group tour package are subject to change due to local weather conditions.
  • The following payment schedule applies to this group tour package:
  • Reservation Fee (Cash or Cash Deposit Only): a payment of US$ 500 per person & submission of a signed travel service agreement form are required to confirm your reservation.
  • Full Payment: If the tour departure is confirmed, please settle the remaining tour fee no later than sixty (60) days before the travel period or upon visa approval.
  • Complimentary travel services are non-deductible and non-refundable from the total tour fare. The coverage of the travel services is during the travel period only.
  • Business class upgrades are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Preferred airline seats are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Any additional fees will be confirmed and settled upon reservation of the selected seat.
  • For tour participants who are required to apply for a tourist visa, please submit your visa application documents at least sixty (60) days before the tour departure.
  • For single-entry visa holders: If the visa is used before the tour departure, the passenger must reapply for a new visa to join the tour. In case the visa is not obtained for the scheduled tour departure, any payments made will be refundable except for fees for any guaranteed reservations made by the company.
  • In case of denial of the visa application of the tour participant sixty (60) days before the tour departure, any payments made will be refundable except for fees for any guaranteed reservations made by the company.
  • Banks may charge additional fees for credit card transactions. These fees are imposed by your bank and are not included in the company’s total tour fare. The company is not responsible for covering these charges, and passengers are advised to settle them directly with their respective banks.
  • Full cancellation charges shall apply to the following:
  • Voluntary cancellations or withdrawals of tour participation made sixty (60) days before the tour departure.
  • No-show guests or offloaded guests (airport-to-airport cases)
  • This tour package excludes personal expenses, hotel incidental charges, other beverages and refreshments during meals, guide and driver tippings, travel insurance premium surcharge for 65 years old and above, & other items not mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Any unused services of the tour package are non-refundable.
  • The company will only accept reservations for the specified tour departure until ninety (90) days before the tour departure.
  • Reservations made fewer than ninety (90) days before the tour departure may be accommodated on a private tour basis, subject to availability and the best rates available.
  • The company reserves the right to any changes made to this tour package without prior notice.

Day 01: Manila - Incheon International Airport - Seoul

Please be at the airport at least three hours before the scheduled flight. Take your flight going to Korea. Upon arrival at Incheon International Airport, meet your tour guide at the arrival hall. Transfer to Seoul City Centre for check-in at a 3-star hotel. Cashback allowance will be provided for your dinner. Enjoy free time in the evening.

Day 02: Seoul

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your scheduled tour. Explore the grandeur of Gyeongbokgung Palace (Hanbok Wearing Experience is included), the largest of Seoul's Five Grand Palaces, as you wander through its stunning pavilions and enchanting gardens, and witness the Changing of the Royal Guard ceremony. Next, see the National Folk Museum. This museum uses replicas of historical objects to illustrate the history of traditional life of the Korean people from the past to present. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will visit the Insadong Antique Street, a popular neighborhood in the heart of Seoul that is filled with streets and narrow back alleys that are lined with art galleries, wooden tea houses, restaurants, cafes, and small shops selling arts and crafts. Lastly, visit the Namsan Seoul Tower (one-way cable car ride is included). also known as Namsan Tower or Seoul Tower, is a communication and observation tower located on Nam Mountain in central Seoul, South Korea. The 236-meter-tall tower marks the second-highest point in Seoul and is considered a local landmark. Dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel.

Day 03: Seoul - Gangwon - Gyeonggi - Seoul

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your scheduled tour. Transfer to Gangwon. Take a ferry to visit Nami Island. This half-moon-shaped island is renowned for its lovely tree-lined lanes. It is also the filming location of “Winter Sonata” and other popular drama and television shows. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the Garden of Morning Calm, located east of Seoul in South Korea's Gapyeong district, is a 300,000 m² arboretum home to 5,000 plant species, including rare and endangered ones. Drawing 600,000 visitors annually, it reflects Korea's nickname as the "Land of Morning Calm" and has been featured in popular Korean dramas like “Moonlight Drawn by Clouds.” Return to Seoul. Dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel.

Day 04: Seoul - Busan

Breakfast then check-out from the hotel. Meet your tour guide for your transfer to Seoul Station. Take the KTX (Korea's Bullet Train) going to Busan. Upon arrival at Busan Station, you will have lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, explore Gamcheon Cultural Village in Gamcheon-dong. Known for its colorful houses, maze-like alleys, and tiered streets, this hillside village is often called "Korea's Santorini" and the "Machu Picchu of Busan." Lastly, visit the Gukje Market is one of Korea’s largest markets. The market's alleyways are lined with stalls selling diverse goods, particularly machinery tools, kitchenware, and clothing. Dinner at a local restaurant. Transfer to a 3-star hotel in Busan for check-in.

Day 05: Busan

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your tour guide for your scheduled tour. Visit Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, coastal Buddhist temple and it stands on the cliffs overlooking the East Sea, making it a unique and picturesque destination. Next, explore the Haeundae Blue Line Park, which includes a one-time ride on the Beach Train. The train travels 4.8 kilometers from Haeundae Mipo through Cheongsapo to Songjeong. The park repurposed old railroad tracks to create this scenic coastal train experience. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the Haeundae Beach - Busan's most famous beach! Lastly, visit Dongbaekseom Island. 'Dongbaek' is the Korean word for camellias, and 'Seom' means island. The name comes from the abundance of camellias found there. Dongbaekseom also offers stunning views of Busan, including Gwangan Bridge and Haeundae Beach. Dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel.

Day 06: Busan - Seoul

Breakfast then check-out from the hotel. Meet your tour guide for your transfer to Busan Station. Take the KTX (Korea's Bullet Train) going to Seoul. Day 07: Seoul - Incheon International Airport - Manila
