Terms & Conditions

  • This land-only package is our recommended course for the travel period indicated above. Final rates may vary depending on your travel date, group size, and preferred travel style (Private/Customized Tours or Seat-in-Coach/Joiner Tours).
  • The company will only accept reservations for the suggested tour departure until ninety (90) days before the tour departure.
  • Reservations made fewer than ninety (90) days before the tour departure may be accommodated on a private/shared tour basis, subject to availability and the best rates available.
  • The rate quoted per person is in US Dollars (US$). Any payments to be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) at the time of booking are subject to the prevailing Airline Exchange Rate (ACR).
  • A minimum group size of twenty (20) participants is required to run the suggested tour departure/s. Surcharges may apply if participants are below the minimum group size.
  • The land-only package is based on twin sharing. Other room categories (Double, Triple, Non-Smoking, Connecting Rooms, etc.) are subject to availability.
  • A single supplement fee per person must be paid on top of the total tour fare (only if applicable).
  • The tour rates are valid for Philippine Passport holders. Eligible foreign passport holders may be subject to surcharges.
  • Child rates (11 years old & below) are available upon request.
  • The itinerary and activities on this group tour package are subject to change due to local weather conditions.
  • The following payment schedule applies to this group tour package (Cash/Check, Deposit, & Bank Transfer Payments Only):
    Reservation Fee: a payment of US$ 500 per person & submission of a signed travel service agreement form are required to confirm your reservation.
    Full Payment: If the tour departure is confirmed, please settle the remaining tour fee no later than sixty (60) days before the travel period or upon visa approval.
  • Complimentary travel services are non-deductible and non-refundable from the total tour fare. The coverage of the travel services is during the travel period only.
  • Full cancellation charges shall apply to the following:
    Voluntary cancellations or withdrawals of tour participation made sixty (60) days before the tour departure.
    No-show guests or offloaded guests (airport-to-airport cases)
  • This is a land-only package and excludes airline tickets, personal expenses, hotel incidental charges, other beverages and refreshments during meals, travel insurance premium surcharge for 65 years old and above, & other items not mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Any unused services of the tour package are non-refundable.

Day 01: Manila – Narita International Airport - Tokyo

Check-in at the airport three hours before your scheduled international flight to Narita International Airport. Upon arrival in Japan, meet your tour guide at the arrival hall and take your transfer to a 3-star hotel in Tokyo for check-in. A cashback allowance will be provided for dinner. Enjoy free leisure time on your own arrangement.

Day 02: Tokyo

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your scheduled tour. Visit the Imperial Palace, the residence of Japan’s Emperor. Next, explore Zojo-ji Temple, known for its beautiful grounds and deep cultural significance as the resting place of the Tokugawa shoguns. Then, visit the Tokyo Tower (150m observation deck admission is included), an iconic landmark offering panoramic views of Tokyo's skyline and a glimpse into the dynamic pulse of Japan's capital. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will visit the Asakusa Kannon Temple and the Nakamise Shopping Street. The Kaminarimon Gate would be the most popular icon that makes the temple recognizable. It is one of the two large gates that lead to the main temple. Do not forget to shop for local souvenirs and snacks from Nakamise! Lastly, you will stroll around Odaiba in the Tokyo Bay Area. Dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel.

Day 03: Tokyo – Izu

Breakfast then check-out from the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your scheduled tour. Transfer to Izu. Visit the Shuzenji Temple, a serene and historic Buddhist temple nestled amidst lush gardens that offer visitors scenic walks along the picturesque bamboo grove. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, see the Shuzenji Niji-no-Sato, a 50-hectare Japanese garden with a wide variety of flowers and trees. Transfer to a 3-star hotel in Izu for check-in.

Day 04: Izu – Kawazu – Izu

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your scheduled tour. Visit Kawazu for the Cherry Blossom Viewing Festival. The festival celebrates the blooming of kawazu-zakuras, one of the earliest blooming cherry trees on the mainland. The festivities highlight the cherry trees with vivid pink hues that line the banks of the Kawazu River. The month-long festival that usually begins in early February attracts more than a million tourists every year since it is the earliest opportunity to view cherry blossoms. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will transfer north of Kawazu town to see the Kawazu Nanadaru Waterfalls. The walking trails leading to waterfalls have statues depicting Izu no Odoriko (The Izu Dancer), a celebrated novel by the Nobel Prize winner Kawabata Yasunari. You will also visit a local farm for a fruit-picking experience. Return to the hotel for dinner.

Day 05: Izu – Hakone – Tokyo

Breakfast then check out from the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your scheduled tour. Transfer to Hakone. You will also have a cruise experience in Lake Ashi with Mt. Fuji still in the background! Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will go to the Gotemba Premium Outlet and enjoy shopping with the stunning view of Mt. Fuji in the background. Transfer back to Tokyo and check in at a 3-star hotel. Enjoy free leisure time on your arrangement.

Day 06: Tokyo

Day 07: Tokyo – Narita International Airport - Manila
