Terms & Conditions

  • This tour package is our recommended course for this season and reflects the lowest prevailing rate at the time of this post’s publication. Final rates may vary depending on your travel date, group size, and preferred travel style (Private/Customized Tours or Seat-in-Coach/Joiner Tours).
  • A minimum of two (2) persons is required to book this tour package. A single supplement fee per person must be paid in addition to the total tour fare (if applicable). The bigger the group size, the better the rates offered.
  • This tour package is based on a twin-sharing basis. Other room categories (Double, Triple, Non-Smoking, etc.) are subject to availability.
  • This tour package is quoted for Philippine Passport holders. Eligible foreign passport holders may be subject to surcharges.
  • Child rates are available upon request.
  • The suggested itinerary and activities on this tour package are subject to change due to local weather conditions at the destination. The company also reserves the right to make adjustments to the tour schedule due to any fortuitous events.
  • The following payment schedule applies to this tour package
    (a) Reservation Fee (Cash or Cash Deposit Only): a payment of US$500 per person & submission of a signed travel service agreement form are required to confirm your reservation.
    (b) Full Payment: If the tour departure is confirmed, please settle the remaining tour fee no later than sixty (60) days before the travel period or upon visa approval.
  • Complimentary travel services are non-deductible and non-refundable from the total tour fare. The coverage of the travel services is during the travel period only.
  • Any payments to be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) at the time of booking are subject to the prevailing Airline Exchange Rate (ACR).
  • Business class upgrades are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Preferred airline seats are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Any additional fees will be confirmed and settled upon reservation of the selected seat.
  • For tour participants who are required to apply for a tourist visa, please submit your visa application documents at least sixty (60) days before the tour departure.
    (a) For single-entry visa holders: If the visa is used before the tour departure, the passenger must reapply for a new visa to join the tour. In case the visa is not obtained for the scheduled tour departure, any payments made will be refundable except for fees for any guaranteed reservations made by the company.
    (b) In case of denial of the visa application of the tour participant sixty (60) days before the tour departure, any payments made will be refundable except for fees for any guaranteed reservations made by the company.
  • Banks may charge additional fees for credit card transactions. These fees are imposed by your bank and are not included in the company’s total tour fare. The company is not responsible for covering these charges, and passengers are advised to settle them directly with their respective banks.
  • Full cancellation charges shall apply to the following:
    (a) Voluntary cancellations or withdrawals of tour participation made sixty (60) days before the tour departure.
    (b) No-show guests or offloaded guests (airport-to-airport cases).
  • This tour package excludes personal expenses, hotel incidental charges, other beverages and refreshments during meals, guide and driver tippings, travel insurance premium surcharge for 65 years old and above, & other items not mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Any unused services of the tour package are non-refundable.
  • The company will only accept reservations for this tour package while the requested tour services remain available.

Day 01: Manila – Tokyo

Check-in at the airport three hours before your scheduled international flight to Narita International Airport. Upon arrival in Japan, meet your tour guide at the arrival hall and take your transfer to a 3-star hotel for check-in. A cashback allowance will be provided for dinner. Enjoy free leisure time on your own arrangement.

Day 02: Tokyo

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your scheduled tour. Visit Ueno Park, a popular hanami spot in Tokyo where around 1,200 cherry blossom trees are in full bloom. Then, stroll along the Meguro River, where thousands of cherry blossoms create a stunning canopy of pink blooms, offering one of Tokyo's most enchanting seasonal sights. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will visit the Asakusa Kannon Temple and the Nakamise Shopping Street. The Kaminarimon Gate would be the most popular icon that makes the temple recognizable. It is one of the two large gates that lead to the main temple. Do not forget to shop for local souvenirs and snacks from Nakamise! Lastly, you will visit the Tokyo Skytree (350m Tembo Observation Deck admission ticket included). Dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel.

NOTE: Please prepare your luggage for transfer service to Osaka. Please ensure you have a day bag good for one night in the Mt. Fuji Area.

Day 03: Tokyo – Mt. Fuji Area

Breakfast then check out from the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your scheduled tour. Transfer to Mt. Fuji Area. Visit Mt. Fuji 5th Station. This area offers breathtaking views of the iconic Mt. Fuji. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will visit Lake Kawaguchi Oishi Park and Ohashi Bridge. Marvel along the blooming cherry blossoms that frame the picturesque lake. Lastly, experience the iconic view of Mount Fuji framed by cherry blossoms at Arakurayama Sengen Park, where the Chureito Pagoda adds to the breathtaking beauty of spring in Japan. Transfer to a 3-star hotel for check-in. Dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel.

Day 04: Mt. Fuji Area – Osaka

Breakfast then check out from the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your scheduled transfer to Mishima Station. You will take the Shinkansen ride (famous bullet train ride) to Shin-Osaka Station. Upon arrival, you will transfer to a local restaurant for lunch. In the afternoon, you will also cruise along the Okawa River to catch a view of the pink cherry blossoms at Kema Sakuranomiya Park via Aqua Liner. Then, visit the Osaka Castle & Park and adore the cherry blossom trees at Nishinomaru Garden. Dinner at a local restaurant. Transfer to a 3-star hotel for check-in.

Day 05: Osaka – Kyoto – Osaka

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your scheduled tour. Transfer to Kyoto. You will go first to a local shop for a kimono-wearing experience. Visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site Kinkaku-ji Temple, a stunning golden pavilion nestled amidst tranquil gardens. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will visit Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine, famous for its thousand vermillion torii gates dedicated to Inari, the Shinto God of Rice; and the Kiyomizu-dera Temple, which is popular for its wooden stage 13 meters above the hillside and you a great vantage point for cherry blossom viewing (hanami). Return to Osaka. Dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel.

Day 06: Osaka (Universal Studios Japan)

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your tour guide for your transfer to Universal Studios Japan. Enjoy the facilities and exciting rides at the theme park (a studio pass is included). Return to the hotel.
