Terms & Conditions
The rate quoted per person is in US Dollars (US$). Any payments to be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) at the time of booking are subject to the prevailing Airline Exchange Rate (ACR).
A minimum group size of fifteen (15) participants is required to run the group tour departure/s. Surcharges may apply if participants are below the minimum group size.
This group tour package is based on twin sharing. Other room categories (Double, Triple, Non-Smoking, etc.) are subject to availability.
A single supplement fee per person must be paid on top of the total tour fare (only if applicable).
The group tour rates are valid for Philippine Passport holders. Eligible foreign passport holders may be subject to surcharges.
Child rates are available upon request.
The itinerary and activities on this group tour package are subject to change due to local weather conditions.
The following payment schedule applies to this group tour package:
Reservation Fee (Cash or Cash Deposit Only): a payment of US$ 500 per person & submission of a signed travel service agreement form are required to confirm your reservation.
Full Payment: If the tour departure is confirmed, please settle the remaining tour fee no later than sixty (60) days before the travel period or upon visa approval.
Complimentary travel services are non-deductible and non-refundable from the total tour fare. The coverage of the travel services is during the travel period only.
Business class upgrades are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Preferred airline seats are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Any additional fees will be confirmed and settled upon reservation of the selected seat.
For tour participants who are required to apply for a tourist visa, please submit your visa application documents at least sixty (60) days before the tour departure.
For single-entry visa holders: If the visa is used before the tour departure, the passenger must reapply for a new visa to join the tour. In case the visa is not obtained for the scheduled tour departure, any payments made will be refundable except for fees for any guaranteed reservations made by the company.
In case of denial of the visa application of the tour participant sixty (60) days before the tour departure, any payments made will be refundable except for fees for any guaranteed reservations made by the company.
Banks may charge additional fees for credit card transactions. These fees are imposed by your bank and are not included in the company’s total tour fare. The company is not responsible for covering these charges, and passengers are advised to settle them directly with their respective banks.
Full cancellation charges shall apply to the following:
Voluntary cancellations or withdrawals of tour participation made sixty (60) days before the tour departure.
No-show guests or offloaded guests (airport-to-airport cases)
This tour package excludes personal expenses, hotel incidental charges, other beverages and refreshments during meals, guide and driver tippings, travel insurance premium surcharge for 65 years old and above, & other items not mentioned in the itinerary.
Any unused services of the tour package are non-refundable.
The company will only accept reservations for the specified tour departure until ninety (90) days before the tour departure.
Reservations made fewer than ninety (90) days before the tour departure may be accommodated on a private tour basis, subject to availability and the best rates available.
The company reserves the right to any changes made to this tour package without prior notice.
Day 01: Manila - Narita International Airport - Tokyo

Please be at the airport three hours prior your scheduled flight. Take your flight going to Narita and enjoy in-flight services (meals) from the airline. Upon arrival at Narita International Airport, meet your tour guide at the arrival hall for your transfer to Tokyo City Centre. Check-in at a 3-star hotel in Tokyo.
Day 02: Tokyo

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your scheduled tour. Visit the Tsukiji Market, a lively hub brimming with fresh seafood and irresistible culinary delights you won’t want to miss. Next, you will visit the Asakusa Kannon Temple and the Nakamise Shopping Street. The Kaminarimon Gate would be the most popular icon that makes the temple recognizable. It is one of the two large gates that lead to the main temple. Do not forget to shop for local souvenirs and snacks from Nakamise! Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will visit the Tokyo Skytree, Japan’s tallest skyscraper, offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city (Tembo Deck Floor 360 admission is included). Lastly, you will visit the Ginza Shopping Area - Tokyo’s premier shopping district, renowned for its luxury boutiques & flagship stores. Dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel.
Day 03: Tokyo - Mt. Fuji - Tokyo

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your scheduled tour. Transfer to the Mt. Fuji Area and visit Oshino Hakkai, a serene village famous for its eight crystal-clear ponds, offering a peaceful escape with stunning views of Mt. Fuji. Next, visit Oishi Park on Lake Kawaguchi’s northern shore to take in breathtaking views of Mount Fuji and experience the serenity of its tranquil waters. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will visit Owakudani, a volcanic valley near Hakone, offers dramatic landscapes, bubbling hot springs, and the unique experience of enjoying eggs boiled in natural sulfuric waters. Lastly, see the Hakone Shrine, nestled along the shores of Lake Ashi, is a peaceful sanctuary known for its iconic torii gate and serene surroundings, offering a spiritual retreat with stunning views of Mt. Fuji. Dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel.
Day 04: Tokyo - Osaka

Breakfast then check out from the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your transfer to Tokyo Station. You will take the NOZOMI Shinkansen Ride, Japan’s fastest train ride, going to Shin-Osaka Station (one-way ticket is included). Upon arrival at the station, take your transfers for a visit at the Osaka Castle and Park, an iconic castle surrounded by lush gardens and scenic walking paths. Lastly, enjoy a cruise along the Okawa River via the Aqua Liner. Dinner at a local restaurant. Transfer to a 3-star hotel in Osaka for your check-in.
Day 05: Osaka - Kyoto - Nara - Osaka

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your scheduled tour. Transfer to Kyoto to visit Kiyomizu-dera Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is renowned for its stunning wooden stage that offers panoramic views of Kyoto, surrounded by beautiful gardens and historic architecture; and Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine, a striking spiritual site famous for its thousands of vibrant red torii gates that wind through the lush forested slopes of Mount Inari, & Heian Jingu. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will transfer to Nara to visit Todaiji Temple, a majestic UNESCO World Heritage site, home to the Great Buddha (Daibutsu), one of the largest bronze statues in Japan; and the Nara Deer Park, a peaceful sanctuary where friendly, free-roaming deer interact with visitors. Return to Osaka. Dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel.
