Terms & Conditions
This land-only package is our recommended course for the travel period indicated above. Final rates may vary depending on your travel date, group size, and preferred travel style (Private/Customized Tours or Seat-in-Coach/Joiner Tours).
The company will only accept reservations for the suggested tour departure until ninety (90) days before the tour departure.
Reservations made fewer than ninety (90) days before the tour departure may be accommodated on a private/shared tour basis, subject to availability and the best rates available.
The rate quoted per person is in US Dollars (US$). Any payments to be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) at the time of booking are subject to the prevailing Airline Exchange Rate (ACR).
A minimum group size of twenty (20) participants is required to run the suggested tour departure/s. Surcharges may apply if participants are below the minimum group size.
The land-only package is based on twin sharing. Other room categories (Double, Triple, Non-Smoking, Connecting Rooms, etc.) are subject to availability.
A single supplement fee per person must be paid on top of the total tour fare (only if applicable).
The tour rates are valid for Philippine Passport holders. Eligible foreign passport holders may be subject to surcharges.
Child rates (11 years old & below) are available upon request.
The itinerary and activities on this group tour package are subject to change due to local weather conditions.
The following payment schedule applies to this group tour package (Cash/Check, Deposit, & Bank Transfer Payments Only):
○ Reservation Fee: a payment of US$ 500 per person & submission of a signed travel service agreement form are required to confirm your reservation.
○ Full Payment: If the tour departure is confirmed, please settle the remaining tour fee no later than sixty (60) days before the travel period or upon visa approval.
Complimentary travel services are non-deductible and non-refundable from the total tour fare. The coverage of the travel services is during the travel period only.
Full cancellation charges shall apply to the following:
○ Voluntary cancellations or withdrawals of tour participation made sixty (60) days before the tour departure.
○ No-show guests or offloaded guests (airport-to-airport cases)
This is a land-only package and excludes airline tickets, personal expenses, hotel incidental charges, other beverages and refreshments during meals, travel insurance premium surcharge for 65 years old and above, & other items not mentioned in the itinerary.
Any unused services of the tour package are non-refundable.
Day 01: Manila – Chubu Centrair International Airport – Nagoya

Check-in at the airport three hours before your scheduled international flight to Chubu Centrair International Airport. Upon arrival in Japan, meet your tour guide for your scheduled tour. Lunch at a local restaurant. Visit the Toyota Museum, a fascinating destination for automobile enthusiasts, offering a comprehensive journey through the history and innovation behind one of Japan's most renowned automotive brands. Lastly, see the famous winter illumination display at "Nabana no Sato," where thousands of display lights bring the garden to life. Transfer to a hotel in Nagoya for check-in.
Day 02: Nagoya – Inuyama – Hirugano – Takayama

Breakfast then check out from the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your scheduled tour. Transfer to Inuyama to visit the Inuyama Castle Town - where you'll be transported back in time as you explore the historic streets, visit the stunning Inuyama Castle, and immerse yourself in the traditional Japanese culture that surrounds this charming destination. Next, you will go to Hirugano Kogen for lunch and to enjoy winter activities (optional equipment rental are subject to availability). Transfer to Takayama. You will visit the Takayama Old Town, a picturesque neighborhood boasting beautifully preserved traditional wooden houses, tranquil streets lined with unique shops, and a vibrant market showcasing local crafts and delicacies. Dinner at a local restaurant. Transfer to a hotel in Takayama for check-in.
Day 03: Takayama – Shirakawa – Kanazawa

Breakfast then check out from the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your scheduled tour. You will see the Takayama Morning Market. Transfer to Shirakawa to see the popular village's Gassho houses and observatory. Experience the enchanting winter wonderland of Shirakawa-go Village, as you stroll through its historic thatched-roof village, admire the snow-covered gassho-zukuri houses, and witness the ethereal transformation of this UNESCO World Heritage site. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will transfer to Kanazawa and visit Higashi Chaya Street, popular for the intricate art of gold-leaf making. Transfer to a hotel in Kanazawa for check-in.
Day 04: Kanazawa – Fukui – Osaka

Visit the Eiheiji Temple - a serene and sacred Zen monastery nestled in the lush mountains of Fukui, and the Tojinbo Cliffs, rugged basalt formations overlooking the Sea of Japan, renowned for their breathtaking natural beauty and panoramic ocean views. Lunch at a local restaurant. Transfer to Osaka. Visit the Osaka Castle & Park - a thriving icon of the youth and vibrance of the city. Dinner at a local restaurant. Transfer to a hotel in Osaka for check-in.
Day 05: Osaka

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your tour guide for your transfer to Universal Studios Japan. Enjoy your day using the facilities and riding exciting rides at the theme park (admission ticket is included). Meet your tour guide late in the afternoon. Dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel.
Day 06: Osaka
Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy free leisure time on your arrangement.
Day 07: Osaka – Kansai International Airport – Manila
Breakfast then check out from the hotel. Meet your guide for your scheduled transfer to Kansai International Airport. Take your flight back to Manila. End of services.
