Terms & Conditions
- The rate quoted per person is in US Dollars (US$). Any payments to be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) at the time of booking are subject to the prevailing Airline Exchange Rate (ACR).
- A minimum group size of fifteen (15) participants is required to run the group tour departure/s. Surcharges may apply if participants are below the minimum group size.
- This group tour package is based on twin sharing. Other room categories (Double, Triple, Non-Smoking, etc.) are subject to availability.
- A single supplement fee per person must be paid on top of the total tour fare (only if applicable).
- The group tour rates are valid for Philippine Passport holders. Eligible foreign passport holders may be subject to surcharges.
- Child rates are available upon request.
- The itinerary and activities on this group tour package are subject to change due to local weather conditions.
- The following payment schedule applies to this group tour package:
- Reservation Fee (Cash or Cash Deposit Only): a payment of US$ 500 per person & submission of a signed travel service agreement form are required to confirm your reservation.
- Full Payment: If the tour departure is confirmed, please settle the remaining tour fee no later than sixty (60) days before the travel period or upon visa approval.
- Complimentary travel services are non-deductible and non-refundable from the total tour fare. The coverage of the travel services is during the travel period only.
- Business class upgrades are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Preferred airline seats are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Any additional fees will be confirmed and settled upon reservation of the selected seat.
- For tour participants who are required to apply for a tourist visa, please submit your visa application documents at least sixty (60) days before the tour departure.
- For single-entry visa holders: If the visa is used before the tour departure, the passenger must reapply for a new visa to join the tour. In case the visa is not obtained for the scheduled tour departure, any payments made will be refundable except for fees for any guaranteed reservations made by the company.
- In case of denial of the visa application of the tour participant sixty (60) days before the tour departure, any payments made will be refundable except for fees for any guaranteed reservations made by the company.
- Banks may charge additional fees for credit card transactions. These fees are imposed by your bank and are not included in the company’s total tour fare. The company is not responsible for covering these charges, and passengers are advised to settle them directly with their respective banks.
- Full cancellation charges shall apply to the following:
- Voluntary cancellations or withdrawals of tour participation made sixty (60) days before the tour departure.
- No-show guests or offloaded guests (airport-to-airport cases)
- This tour package excludes personal expenses, hotel incidental charges, other beverages and refreshments during meals, guide and driver tippings, travel insurance premium surcharge for 65 years old and above, & other items not mentioned in the itinerary.
- Any unused services of the tour package are non-refundable.
- The company will only accept reservations for the specified tour departure until ninety (90) days before the tour departure.
- Reservations made fewer than ninety (90) days before the tour departure may be accommodated on a private tour basis, subject to availability and the best rates available.
- The company reserves the right to any changes made to this tour package without prior notice.

Check-in at the airport three hours before your scheduled flight at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
Day 01: Incheon - Gangwon - Seoul

Upon arrival at Incheon International Airport, meet your tour guide at the arrival hall. Breakfast at Incheon. Transfer to Gangwon. Visit The Garden of Morning Calm, a beautifully landscaped garden in South Korea, featuring a diverse collection of themed sections with vibrant seasonal flowers, tranquil walking paths, and scenic views, offering visitors a peaceful escape into nature. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, take a ferry to visit Nami Island. This half-moon-shaped island is renowned for its lovely tree-lined lanes. It is also the filming location of “Winter Sonata” and other popular drama and television shows. Dinner at a local restaurant. Transfer to a 3-star hotel in Seoul for check-in.
Day 02: Seoul - Busan

Breakfast then check out from the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your transfer to Seoul Station. Take the KTX high-speed train to Busan. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will visit Gamcheon Cultural Village, the “Machu Picchu of Busan.” You will also see Oryukdo Island, and walk through its impressive skywalk. You will also stroll along the hillside filled with cherry blossoms at Moontan Road. Finally, you will visit Haeundae Beach, one of the country’s most popular white-sand beaches. Dinner at a local restaurant. Transfer to a 3-star hotel in Busan for check-in.
Day 03: Busan - Hadong - Busan

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your scheduled tour. Transfer to Hwagae to see the Hwagae Simni Cherry Blossom Walkway. Fondly called the "Wedding Road," cherry blossoms bloom on this 4-km road. You will also see the Hwagae Market, a bustling traditional market offering a variety of local goods, fresh produce, and regional delicacies, providing visitors with an authentic taste of Korean culture and cuisine. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will visit the Ssanggyesa Temple which offers visitors a serene and culturally rich experience, boasting magnificent architecture and stunning natural surroundings. Transfer back to Busan. Dinner at a local restaurant. Return to your hotel.
Day 04: Busan - Seoul

Visit BIFF Square, a bustling and vibrant street filled with shopping and street food that showcases the energy and excitement of the city. You will also visit the Gukje International Market, one of Korea's largest and oldest markets, offering a wide array of goods from clothing and accessories to electronics and local foods. Next, you will see the Jagalchi Market, where you can indulge in an array of the bounty of the seas. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will transfer to Busan Station to take the KTX high-speed train back to Seoul. Dinner at a local restaurant. Transfer to a 3-star hotel in Seoul for check-in.
Day 05: Seoul

Explore the grandeur of Gyeongbokgung Palace (Hanbok wearing is included), the largest of Seoul's Five Grand Palaces, as you wander through its stunning pavilions and enchanting gardens. You will also see the National Folk Museum. Pass by the Blue House, the official residence of the highest-ranking official in South Korea. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will visit the Bukchon Hanok Village, a charming neighborhood in Seoul popular for its well-preserved hanok houses, museums, and picturesque alleyways. Lastly, stroll along the stunning Han River at Yeouido Cherry Blossom Street where you can immerse yourself in a whimsical wonderland of pink blossoms. Dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel.
