Terms & Conditions
- The rate quoted per person is in US Dollars (US$). Any payments to be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) at the time of booking are subject to the prevailing Airline Exchange Rate (ACR).
- A minimum group size of fifteen (15) participants is required to run the group tour departure/s. Surcharges may apply if participants are below the minimum group size.
- This group tour package is based on twin sharing. Other room categories (Double, Triple, Non-Smoking, etc.) are subject to availability.
- A single supplement fee per person must be paid on top of the total tour fare (only if applicable).
- The group tour rates are valid for Philippine Passport holders. Eligible foreign passport holders may be subject to surcharges.
- Child rates are available upon request.
- The itinerary and activities on this group tour package are subject to change due to local weather conditions.
- The following payment schedule applies to this group tour package:
- Reservation Fee (Cash or Cash Deposit Only): a payment of US$ 500 per person & submission of a signed travel service agreement form are required to confirm your reservation.
- Full Payment: If the tour departure is confirmed, please settle the remaining tour fee no later than sixty (60) days before the travel period or upon visa approval.
- Complimentary travel services are non-deductible and non-refundable from the total tour fare. The coverage of the travel services is during the travel period only.
- Business class upgrades are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Preferred airline seats are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Any additional fees will be confirmed and settled upon reservation of the selected seat.
- For tour participants who are required to apply for a tourist visa, please submit your visa application documents at least sixty (60) days before the tour departure.
- For single-entry visa holders: If the visa is used before the tour departure, the passenger must reapply for a new visa to join the tour. In case the visa is not obtained for the scheduled tour departure, any payments made will be refundable except for fees for any guaranteed reservations made by the company.
- In case of denial of the visa application of the tour participant sixty (60) days before the tour departure, any payments made will be refundable except for fees for any guaranteed reservations made by the company.
- Banks may charge additional fees for credit card transactions. These fees are imposed by your bank and are not included in the company’s total tour fare. The company is not responsible for covering these charges, and passengers are advised to settle them directly with their respective banks.
- Full cancellation charges shall apply to the following:
- Voluntary cancellations or withdrawals of tour participation made sixty (60) days before the tour departure.
- No-show guests or offloaded guests (airport-to-airport cases)
- This tour package excludes personal expenses, hotel incidental charges, other beverages and refreshments during meals, guide and driver tippings, travel insurance premium surcharge for 65 years old and above, & other items not mentioned in the itinerary.
- Any unused services of the tour package are non-refundable.
- The company will only accept reservations for the specified tour departure until ninety (90) days before the tour departure.
- Reservations made fewer than ninety (90) days before the tour departure may be accommodated on a private tour basis, subject to availability and the best rates available.
- The company reserves the right to any changes made to this tour package without prior notice.



Tour Itinerary
Day 01: Manila – Fukuoka

Please be at the airport three hours prior your scheduled flight. Take your flight going to Fukuoka and enjoy in-flight services (meals) from the airline. Upon arrival at Fukuoka International Airport, meet your tour guide at the arrival hall for your transfer to Hakata. Hotel check-in.
Day 02: Fukuoka

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your scheduled tour. Visit the Sakurai Futamigaoka Meoto Iwa, a picturesque coastal site featuring twin rocks, symbolizing a sacred union in Japanese culture, and offering stunning views of the Sea of Japan. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will visit the Fukuoka City Museum for a fascinating exploration of the city's history and culture, showcasing exhibits on ancient artifacts, art, and the region’s maritime heritage. Lastly, you will visit the Kawabata Shopping Arcade - a lively, historic shopping street offering a wide range of traditional goods, local delicacies, and unique souvenirs. Dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel.
Day 03: Fukuoka – Saga – Nagasaki

Breakfast then check out from the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your scheduled tour. Transfer to Saga. Visit the Yutoku Inari Shrine, a stunning Shinto site dedicated to the deity Inari, known for its beautiful red torii gates & scenic surroundings. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will transfer to Nagasaki and visit the popular Huis Ten Bosch, a theme park that recreates the Netherlands by displaying life-sized copies of old Dutch buildings. Dinner at a local restaurant. Transfer to your hotel for check-in.
Note: Please prepare an overnight bag for your overnight stay in the Goto Islands.
Day 04: Nagasaki – Fukue/Goto Islands

Breakfast then check out from the hotel. Leave your luggage at the hotel reception for storage. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your scheduled tour. Transfer to Fukue Islands via ferry ride. Upon arrival, you will have lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will visit the Dozaki Catholic Church and Fukue Church which are both the iconic symbols of Christianity in the islands. Dinner at a local restaurant. Transfer to your hotel for check-in.
Day 05: Fukue/Goto Islands - Nagasaki

Breakfast then check out from the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your scheduled tour. Visit the Imochiura Church that houses the first Lourdes Grotto in Japan. Also, you will see the Osezaki Lighthouse (Observatory), set against a dramatic backdrop of wave-worn cliffs as steep as 150 meters. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, transfer to the Goto Tourism and Historical Materials Museum, built to commemorate the 35 years of Fukue City's founding (now part of Goto City since 2004). Transfer to Fukue Port for your scheduled ferry ride going back to Nagasaki. Dinner at a local restaurant. Transfer to your hotel for check-in. Claim your luggage at the hotel reception.
Day 06: Nagasaki - Fukuoka

Visit the Oura Cathedral, a historic Catholic church and UNESCO World Heritage site, known for its stunning Gothic architecture and significance as the oldest Christian church in Japan; and the 26 Martyrs Monument & Park, which commemorates the 26 Christians who were martyred for their faith in the 16th century, offering a peaceful setting for reflection on Japan's Christian history. Lunch at a local restaurant. Transfer to Fukuoka. Dinner at a local restaurant. Hotel check-in. Enjoy free leisure time on your own arrangement.
Day 07: Fukuoka – Manila
