Terms & Conditions

  • This tour package is our recommended course for this season and reflects the lowest prevailing rate at the time of this post’s publication. Final rates may vary depending on your travel date, group size, and preferred travel style (Private/Customized Tours or Seat-in-Coach/Joiner Tours).
  • A minimum of two (2) persons is required to book this tour package. A single supplement fee per person must be paid in addition to the total tour fare (if applicable). The bigger the group size, the better the rates offered.
  • This tour package is based on a twin-sharing basis. Other room categories (Double, Triple, Non-Smoking, etc.) are subject to availability.
  • This tour package is quoted for Philippine Passport holders. Eligible foreign passport holders may be subject to surcharges.
  • Child rates are available upon request.
  • The suggested itinerary and activities on this tour package are subject to change due to local weather conditions at the destination. The company also reserves the right to make adjustments to the tour schedule due to any fortuitous events.
  • The following payment schedule applies to this tour package
    (a) Reservation Fee (Cash or Cash Deposit Only): a payment of US$500 per person & submission of a signed travel service agreement form are required to confirm your reservation.
    (b) Full Payment: If the tour departure is confirmed, please settle the remaining tour fee no later than sixty (60) days before the travel period or upon visa approval.
  • Complimentary travel services are non-deductible and non-refundable from the total tour fare. The coverage of the travel services is during the travel period only.
  • Any payments to be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) at the time of booking are subject to the prevailing Airline Exchange Rate (ACR).
  • Business class upgrades are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Preferred airline seats are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Any additional fees will be confirmed and settled upon reservation of the selected seat.
  • For tour participants who are required to apply for a tourist visa, please submit your visa application documents at least sixty (60) days before the tour departure.
    (a) For single-entry visa holders: If the visa is used before the tour departure, the passenger must reapply for a new visa to join the tour. In case the visa is not obtained for the scheduled tour departure, any payments made will be refundable except for fees for any guaranteed reservations made by the company.
    (b) In case of denial of the visa application of the tour participant sixty (60) days before the tour departure, any payments made will be refundable except for fees for any guaranteed reservations made by the company.
  • Banks may charge additional fees for credit card transactions. These fees are imposed by your bank and are not included in the company’s total tour fare. The company is not responsible for covering these charges, and passengers are advised to settle them directly with their respective banks.
  • Full cancellation charges shall apply to the following:
    (a) Voluntary cancellations or withdrawals of tour participation made sixty (60) days before the tour departure.
    (b) No-show guests or offloaded guests (airport-to-airport cases).
  • This tour package excludes personal expenses, hotel incidental charges, other beverages and refreshments during meals, guide and driver tippings, travel insurance premium surcharge for 65 years old and above, & other items not mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Any unused services of the tour package are non-refundable.
  • The company will only accept reservations for this tour package while the requested tour services remain available.

Day 01: Manila – Chubu Centrair International Airport - Nagoya

Check-in at the airport three hours before your scheduled international flight to Chubu Centrair International Airport. Upon arrival in Japan, meet your tour guide for your scheduled tour. Lunch at a local restaurant. Visit the Nagoya Castle, a majestic and historic fortress located in the heart of Nagoya city, offers visitors a captivating journey through Japan's rich samurai history, showcasing breathtaking architecture, beautiful gardens, and fascinating exhibits. Dinner at a local restaurant. Transfer to a hotel in Nagoya for check-in.

Day 02: Nagoya - Shirakawa - Takayama

Breakfast then check out from the hotel. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your scheduled tour. Lunch at a local restaurant. Transfer to Shirakawa-go Village to see the popular village's Gassho houses and observatory. Transfer to Takayama and check in at a Ryokan. Enjoy a relaxing onsen experience in the evening.

Day 03: Takayama - Nagoya

Breakfast then check out from the Ryokan. Meet your tour guide at the hotel lobby for your scheduled tour. Visit Miyagawa Morning Market, Jinya, and Sannomachi. Miyagawa San No Machi offers a delightful tour experience where visitors can explore traditional Japanese architecture, visit charming shrines and temples, and witness the vibrant atmosphere of local markets along the Miyagawa River. Lunch at a local restaurant. Next, you will go to Hirugano Kogen for lunch and to enjoy winter activities (optional equipment rental are subject to availability). Lastly, see the famous winter illumination display at "Nabana no Sato," where thousands of display lights bring the garden to life. Transfer to a hotel in Nagoya for check-in.

Day 04: Nagoya - Ise - Nagoya

Next, see the Okage Yokocho Shopping Street where visitors can stroll through a charming retro-style street and explore quaint shops and eateries. Lastly, you will visit VISON in the village of Taki - a town famous for medicinal herbs. Dinner at a local restaurant. Return to hotel.

Day 05: Nagoya - Ise - Nagoya
