Airport Limousine Bus (Tokyo)

• Our airport limousine bus is a physical voucher and not the boarding certificate yet.
• Upon confirmation of purchase on our website, you may claim the physical voucher in person by visiting our office during weekdays (closed on weekends and holidays) from 8:45AM ~ 05:45PM.
• Shipping of the physical vouchers is done at least two (2) working days after the purchase has been made. Any shipment is subject to the shipping policy of JTB Philippines.
• Kindly visit the Limousine Bus Counter in Narita Airport, Haneda Airport, and other designated bus stops to exchange the voucher into the actual boarding certificate. (Please check this page)

What is a limousine bus?
Limousine buses operate approximately 1,200 times a day between Narita and Haneda airports, major terminal stations in the city center, and hotels. They connect your nearest bus stop directly to the departure and arrival floors of the airport, so there is no need to transfer or go up and down the stairs. As a pioneer in airport access, they strive to improve their services every day, with a unique operation management system that uses a GPS system and a display of the travel time for each route.

• Because the bus runs on normal roads (including expressways), there may be delays due to natural congestion on weekday mornings and evenings, tourist seasons, and other road conditions. Please allow plenty of time for your trip.
• Please note that we are not responsible for any damages caused by delays that are not the fault of our company.
• Please note that schedules and fares may change without notice.
• Smoking is prohibited on all limousine buses. (Smoking is also prohibited in the restrooms.) Thank you for your cooperation.
• Please refrain from talking on your mobile phone while on the bus as it may cause inconvenience to other passengers.
• Except for some routes, almost all limousine buses are equipped with restrooms. Whether you are using a long-distance route or are in a hurry after arriving at your flight, you can ride with peace of mind.
Limousine buses have a seating capacity limit. If the bus is full, you will not be able to board.
• For those who use sections that do not accept reservations in advance, or who come directly to the bus stop on the day without making a reservation, we will guide you on a first-come, first-served basis. If the bus is full, you will not be able to board.
• Please note that we cannot accept standing passengers due to the vehicle's passenger capacity and the need to travel on expressways.
• Some routes and jointly operated routes use vehicles with auxiliary seats. If the regular seats are full, you will be asked to use the auxiliary seats. Even in this case, the fare will be the same.
• In principle, even non-guests can use the bus from the hotel. Please complete the boarding procedure as soon as possible when boarding.
• The child fare is half the adult fare (fractions less than 10 yen are rounded up to the nearest 10 yen). The child fare applies to elementary school students (ages 6 to 12, and even if they are 12, elementary school students will be charged the child fare). Children under 6 years old (preschoolers) who do not use a seat are free of charge. However, children under 6 years old (preschoolers) who occupy a seat will be charged the child fare as a general rule.

Checked baggage
The maximum number of pieces of checked baggage that can be checked in is two per person. (Each piece must be no larger than 50 x 60 x 120 cm and weigh up to 30 kg)
Please note that we may decline to accept baggage of a quantity or size that may cause an interruption to the operation of the service.
* To prevent mistakes in baggage collection, please make sure that the baggage is yours before collecting it.

Items that cannot be checked in or carried on
Please do not place the following items in your checked baggage: In the unlikely event of damage or loss, we will not be held responsible.
・Expensive items such as cash, securities, precious metals, jewelry, and works of art
・Fragile items such as glass products
・Passport
・Precision instruments (watches, cameras, computers)
In addition, the following items cannot be checked in as baggage or carried on board the vehicle.
・Explosives, flammable or combustible items
・Corrosive chemicals, items that may pose a danger to the bus or onboard items
・Items that may be a nuisance to other passengers

Please try to keep luggage that can be placed on the luggage rack, on your lap, or at your feet, items that are easily torn such as paper bags, and items that are open and not sealed inside the vehicle. When placing items on the luggage rack, please be careful not to drop them while the vehicle is moving.

Limits on Checked Baggage Compensation
The compensation limit for checked baggage and personal items with undeclared value is 200,000 yen per person. However, the compensation limit cannot exceed the actual value. Please note that this system only applies when the company is at fault, so it differs from the insurance system.

• Physical Vouchers may be refunded, but with a 20% cancellation charge after purchase has been made.
  
• Any cancellations made after exchanging into a boarding certificate is not allowed.
  
• Any lost or damaged vouchers and unused vouchers (beyond their validity period) are non-refundable and not eligible for new issuance. Please plan your trip ahead to avoid any inconveniences.
