Kansai Airport Limousine Bus

• Our airport limousine bus is a physical voucher and not the boarding certificate yet.
• Please redeem the physical Limousine Bus ticket at the Kansai International Airport in advance, as e-tickets are not permitted to ride on directly.
• Please be aware that the redemption of the physical ticket can ONLY be conducted at the Kansai International Airport.
• Upon confirmation of purchase on our website, you may claim the physical voucher in person by visiting our office during weekdays (closed on weekends and holidays) from 8:45AM ~ 05:45PM.
• Shipping of the physical vouchers is done at least two (2) working days after the purchase has been made. Any shipment is subject to the shipping policy of JTB Philippines.

• Please redeem the physical Limousine Bus ticket at the Kansai International Airport in advance, as e-tickets are not permitted to ride on directly.
• Please be aware that the redemption of the physical ticket can ONLY be conducted at the Kansai International Airport.
• Each adult can take a child under 6 years old along for free of charge.
• Child Ticket(s) are necessary for children under 6 years old who take up a seat, otherwise free of charge.
• The chances that there is delay in arrival at the destination due to traffic. Ample time should be scheduled for travelling.
• Except for the operational mistakes made by our company, no responsibility we should not take responsibility for any loss caused by the delay of the bus due to traffic. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
• According to the Japanese regulations, all passengers MUST put on their seat belts when the bus is travelling. Please follow the rules for your own safety.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the bus. In addition, the bus station is also a non-smoking area. Please go to the designated smoking area if you want to smoke. Thank you for your cooperation.
• Please do not eat loudly on the bus food with a strong scent is allowed on the bus.
• Each person is limited to two pieces of luggage, please check the notices for more information.

• Physical Vouchers may be refunded, but with a 20% cancellation charge after purchase has been made.
  
• Any cancellations made after exchanging into a boarding certificate is not allowed.
  
• Any lost or damaged vouchers and unused vouchers (beyond their validity period) are non-refundable and not eligible for new issuance. Please plan your trip ahead to avoid any inconveniences.
